Class 150 sub class 'A brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand mortor in foundation & up to pinih including supply jof all matenals and tools and plants etc, required for proper compietion ofthe work As per (S.I.No305b)

12 mm. thick Plaster with Cement and approved coarse sand morter 1:3 on top of roof (Minimum thickness not less than 100 mm) including neat cement finish and supply of all matarial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per (S.l.No 584)

R.C.C work with cement approved coare sand 20mm gauge stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5. in foundation land footing excluding the supply of rainforcement and its beeding bet ineluding its bidding the same with 24 2WG III binding wire and alos including providing & xing necessary centering and shuttering and its removal after compleaon of work & suppiy of all other materials labor T&P ete. Reqaired for the proper completion of he work As per S 1.No.284a)

Mild steel of won work in plain work such as in frenforced concreate or reinforceed brick work (When not included in overall rate) wrought to required shapes as Inccessary and bending for the proper completion of work ineluding supply of steel and its wastages and all labour and T&P required for proper completion of work note the steel shall bent cold and all bends hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured as per s.l. No 1504
