Regular maintenance works in GT and its auxiliaries for a period from the date of commencement upto 30.09.2021
GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKS: General cleaning / Greasing / Topping up of Oil in System/operation of centrifuges, Loading and unloading of materials and attending periodical maintenance works of GT,GBC & IA/PA and its auxiliaries as directed by the Engineer in charge.
NATURAL GAS BOOSTER COMPRESSOR: Attending periodical maintenance works of Gas Booster compressor System like attending leak arresting works in Lube oil, gas and cooling water lines, replacement of filters ,cleaning of gas line strainers and other minor works etc., related to this system as directed by the Engineer in charge.
GAS CONDITIONING SKID : Attending periodical maintenance works of gas conditioning skid /Collection of Condensates /replacements of filter elements/ attending leak arresting works in the system/replacement of strainers, cleaning and other minor works etc related to this system as directed by the Engineer in charge.
GAS TURBINE & ITS SUPPORT SYSTEM: Attending periodical maintenance works of the Gas Turbine and its accessories like Lube oil skid, hydraulic oil system, Mist Eliminator system, Gas skid, Inlet air filter system, Exhaust system and water wash pump system of Gas Turbine /water injection system/mist eliminators/maintenance of lube oil centrifuges and attending leak arresting works in the GT system and other minor maintenance works etc related to this system as directed by the Engineer in charge.
INSTRUMENT AIR/ NITROGEN SYSTEM:- Attending Periodical maintenance works of IA/PA compressor system, cleaning of Radiator cooler and coolant strainer ADUs and N2 system and cleaning of water jackets using water and air,Fly wheel belt replacement ,tightness checking & normalizing ,water drain traps cleaning and assembling, painting and attending leak arresting works in the system and other minor works etc related to this system as directed by the Engineer in charge
