SUPPLY OF 20 m HIGH MAST SYSTEM

Supply of 20-meter High Mast system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part-3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, steel wire rope of 6 mm dia. (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double drum winch, galvanized Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 12 luminaries (200 w LED Flood Light) symmetrically and its control gear boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation including supply of foundation bolts, manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate, templates and aviation obstruction lights (1 fitting per mast is necessary) as per specifications.

Supply of 200-watt LED (IP 65/65) Flood Light Fitting. Energy saving, environmentally friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die cast aluminum IP 65 flood light with high power LEDs as light source, (12 nos. 200 w LED fittings with the high mast).

Supply of control panel housing (Feeder Pillar Box), suitable control circuit for operation of the Luminaries. It shall also consist of suitable control for power tool motor etc. complete as per specification.

FOUNDATIONS: Design and construction of foundations of High Mast and Feeder Pillar Box as per specification.

ERECTIONS: Erection of the high mast and all auxiliary equipment, including Feeder Pillar Box and wiring of luminaries and auxiliary equipment complete with all materials & labour as per specification.

EARTHING : Supply, Erection & Commissioning of earthing of high mast with 3-meter long and 40 mm dia GI pipe of class B with masonry earth pit enclosure on top cover having locking watering arrangement with funnel I/C provision of salt charcoal as per IS 3043. (Resistance should be less than 1 ohm) including connection to high mast earth terminal/equipment earthing terminal (as applicable) with 25x6 mm GI flats including all materials and labour (2 nos. required).

SUPPLY, LAYING/TRENCHING AND TERMINATION OF: Power supply cable of size 5 core x 4 sq mm and 3 core x 2.5 mm sq mm ERP coated, PCP sheathed flexible copper cable as per specification

SUPPLY, LAYING/TRENCHING AND TERMINATION OF: 4 core x 16 sq mm 1.1 kv grade, XLPE insulated, armored copper cable and 4 core x 2.5 sq mm armored cable as per specification

SUPPLY, LAYING/TRENCHING AND TERMINATION OF: Power supply cable of size 4 core x 25 sq mm, 1.1 kv grade, XLPE insulated, armored cable from nearest power supply kiosk available to high mast (within 70-meter distance*) as per specification.
