AMC of Electrical Installation at R and D block Fire station

Providing 1 licensed electrician & 1 helper for all days in a month for day to day requirement & Maintenance of electrification provided at R&D Block fire station Complex including fencing lighting , alteration in existing wiring operation complete with all necessary tools as per direction of engineer-in-charge, Maintenance of entire L.T. electrical installation including , parking lights etc including providing licensed electrician wireman & labour for day to day checking , identifying & rectifying the faults in the L.T. electrical system including replacing of burnt accessories such as fixtures, cable, wire, pipes, brackets, feeder pillars, Tube, Fans etc & direction by Engineer-in-charge ( Material such as Tube, Fans, Fittings, MCB , Box, wire, cable etc will be supplied by MIDC )

Supplying LED square / circular Max. 18 W down lighter / Panel Light having pressure die-cast aluminium housing, polystyrene diffuser having system lumens output of Min. 2000 Lumens, min. efficacy of 110 lumen/W, CRI>80, CCT upto 6500K, Beam Angle of 120 deg., max. ripple of 5%, THD<10%, p.f. >0.95, operating range of 120-270V, surge protection of 2.5 kV, Life class of 50,000 Hrs at L70B0 including driver, having mounting arrangement with board for surface type or spring loaded mounting clips complete with minimum 2 years warranty as per specification No. FG-IDF/LED.

Supplying ding dong / electronic musical type call bell with heavy duty coil suitable to operate on 230V A.C. supply erected on polished double wooden block / sunmica block of suitable size.

Supplying electronic type cordless call bell erected on T.W. board having portable bell push working on 9V D.C. battery and (effective range upto 45 meter) bell on 250 V A.C. supply.
