Construction of Borkakheda Tank Irrigation Scheme of earthen dam on local nalla near village Borkakheda of Chachoda Block for least Gross capacity 0.694 MCM and live capacity 0.631 Mcm and Dead Storage 0.063 Mcum nalla closure work including earth work for main dam and C.O.T. , Puddle filling (including watering but excluding compaction), B.T., filter blanket, inclined filter, spall and pitching, chipping etc complete construction of ogee weir, vertical fall of spill channel and head sluice , Excavation of spill channel on Turnkey basis. This work also include finalization of detailed alignment by survey of dam, spill channel, FTL, Submergence, Property. The work also comprises of planning survey an investigation, Geological survey, preparation of drawings, designs, estimates of all components as per M.P.W.R.D. specification and as per I.S.I. code where ever applicable and obtaining approval from the competent authority, preparation of land plans and land acquisition cases, and finalization from competent authority with finalization and award from revenue authority (excluding cost of permanent land acquisition), shifting and reinstallation of all type of electric lines, telephone lines, water supply line and other temporary structures where ever required. Providing and fixing of benchmark at every 1 km and at every structures, fixing of reference pillars of size 0.30 m x 0.30 x 0.45 m (0.15 m above G.L.) at every 100 m with writing of benchmark value on top and writing of R.D. wise location at every structures on upstream and downstream face of dam. Supervision of all type of works, taking measurements, Preparation of bills and establishment quality control unit at site for all filed lab tests during construction work preparation of maps and related document for 126 ha of command area by lift. etc. complete including operation and maintenance for two year after completion of the project as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per details given in scope of work.
