Comprehensive maint of walk-in-cooler, ductable Air Conditioner and 6 bedded mortuary chamber including servicing, cleaning of indoor and outdoor units, oiling/greasing the blower fan motor, replacement of rubber bushes ,rubber pads to remove the vibration in the compressor unit body, welding of broken parts, welding/brazing of copper pipes suction/delivery of indoor/outdoor units to make appropriate fittings by nut, bolts and washers repalacment of worn out parts, charging of gas if reqd as per site requirment, replacement of insulation material, checking of door lock system and their adjustments, periodical checking of electric wiring system and replacment of connected UNSV parts for the period of 11 months throught out the a year all as specified and directed. .
