M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-before but one coat of white wash on ceilling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and grease spots and applying one coat of colour wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old existing tratment on plastered surface of wall including and preparation for two coat distemper oil emulsion over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty to make the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered/ unlplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and grease spots of surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of white or tinted on wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 5.00 here-in-before but one coat of distemper oil emulsion on ceilling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unlplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and grease spots of old cement base painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old existing treatment of wall including preparation of surfaces of wall for applying two coats of cement Base Paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of all existing treatment including preparation of old surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004. Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) wiht silcon additives @ 1.43litre/10 Sqm over and including 1mm thick wall care putty even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from brick/stone/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 of any faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces fair and even without using exra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces fair and even without using exra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces, chajja, cornices externally including dubbing coat if required and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) No extra payment shall be paid for dubbing coat. (ii) WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to "V" section in existing roof, terracing and brick wall, RCC beam, ceiling including cleaning out, wetting and grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of surface and applying two coats distemper with oil emulsion white or tinted over 2 mm thick wall care putty on new plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.19.00 here-in-before but on steel surfaces including trusses and purlins.

M&L for one coat of alluminium paint on steel or any type of surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces of complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (block, roman, italic or indian) with fluorescent paint not exceeding 30cm height complete all as specified and directed.
