This is a PAC tender case . OEM M/s. Elation Softnet Pvt. Ltd., Lucknow or their authorised dealer are eligible to participate in this tender. The tenderer shall attach documentary proof of being manufacturer [OEM] alongwith their e- offer. The tenderer quoting as an authorized dealer of OEM shall upload/attach authorization letter from the manufacturer, besides attaching documentary proof of their principal being manufacturer [OEM[ alongwith their e- offer.

If you are not a MSE or a consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, please indicate percentage of sub contracts in execution of this tender that will be from Micro and Small Enterprise (in percent of order value ) with further breakup of MSE owned by SC/ST. (Information will be provided in % terms with 6 fields; Micro owned by SC , Micro owned by ST , Micro owned by others, Small industry owned by SC, Small industry owned by ST , Small industry owned by Others)

"Non-applicability of Relaxation of norms for prior experience /turnover for startups and Micro & Small Enterprises"- The tendered item is a critical safety equipment , any relaxation of norms for prior experience /turnover will not be admissible to startups and Micro & Small Enterprises as per Para 1400 (C) of Instructions to Tenderers for electronic tenders and General Conditions of Tender attached.
