Returning, filing in, excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors of 110 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of eves gutter, rain water pipes/sewage pipe of any size or pattern including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking Down and refixing of Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) and making good the pipe joints complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PVC (SWR) as in repair gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement

Taking out and removal of sludge from septic tank/manholes of any size and depth and burying the sludge in pits of suitable depth and top of pit shall be covered with earth layer of 30 cm duly compacted out side the building perimeter upto a distance of 50 metres including excavation of pits, removal of surplus soil excluding dewatering of water complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Dewatering of water or mud will be measured and paid separately, only sludge will be measured and paid under this item.

Mechanically pumping out sewage liquid / rainwater from septic tank/soak wells/manholes/drains of any size and depth and removal the same to distance n.exc 50 m outside of the building perimeter including using of any type of T&P required etc for dewatering of water complete all as directed.

Clearing & removal of blockage, of any type in WC, bathroom, kitchen incl floor/nahani traps, soil waste/vent pipes gully trap upto 1st manhole, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging and removing foreign materials to a distance up to 50 metres to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Clearing & removal of all blockage in sewage line of any dia of sewer lines, manholes of any section and any depth, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging foreign materials as well as blockage of sewage line in between successive manholes manunally/mechanically including desludging of manhole /sewage line where required and odered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping sewer line functional, upto final drop/outlet into septic tank /central sewage system terminating in other joining zone/ area or into sewage wells complete all as specified. Note for item No 17&18:- (a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of AGE B/R I daily by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R /Engineer-in-Charge to receive all complaints of entire area under this contract. (b) Contractor shall provide service providers (sweepers) as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including safely measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detected/completed same day and concerned JE / Engineer-in-Charge is satisfied to the efforts applied but the same shall be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00 PM) without fails. (d) In case any complaint pertaining to clearing of blockage in sewage line is not removed /cleared within 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM). A penalty @ Rs. 50/- per complaint shall affected from contractor payments.

Clearing & removal of all blockage in sewage line of any dia of sewer lines, manholes of any section and any depth, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging foreign materials as well as blockage of sewage line in between successive manholes mechanically by RIDGID K-1500G W/C-14 Sectional Drain Cleaning Machine (by deploying the Skilled and unskilled manpower to handling this machine) including desludging of manhole /sewage line where required and odered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping sewer line functional, upto final drop/outlet into septic tank /central sewage system terminating in other joining zone/ area or into sewage wells complete all as specified. Note:- (a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of AGE B/R Gaya as per requirement by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R/Engineer-in-Charge to receive complaints under this job. (b) Contractor shall provide service providers (minimum Skilled 1 No and unskilled 02 Nos manpower) for cleaning of sewage line with RIDGID K-1500G W/C-14 Sectional Drain Cleaning Machine alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including safely measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) In case any complaints pertaining to clearing of blockage in sewage line is not removed/cleared the same shall not be taken into measurement and no payment shall be claimed on that part of sewage line. (d) Fuel for the machine shall be included in the quoted rates of cleaning of sewage line by the contractor and no addn claim on account of fuel will be paid to the contractor. (e) Repair/ Replacement of any damage parts only through OEM of the RIDGID K-1500G W/C-14 shall also be included in the quoted rates. (f) Machine will be issued to contractor with no cost basis for cleaning purpose on daily basis from MES Store Yard Gaya and transportation from MES store Yard to working site shall also be included in the quoted rates. The machine should be returned to MES Store Yard in working condition and any cost on this to be borne by the contractor.
