Repair/ maintenance of pipe line including other connecting items and submersible pump set 15HP at Nepalipatti area under GE (AF) Mohanbari

(a) Material and labour for isolation of electric power supply from the existing system lifting of submersible motor pump set 15 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz from existing borewell of depth upto 45 mtr with the help of chain pully carefully including submersible cable, MS/ GI pipe by unscrewing nut and bolts from flange joints and staking at site for refixing after requisite repair, dismantling of motor pump set, transporting to local civil workshop and taking back to site after greasing, repairing/ reassembling and lowering the submersible pump with connected items to its original position complete including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over a coat of zinc chrome primer including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts for repairing & maint of pump & motor shall be measured & paid separately. – 01 Job. (b) M&L for opening the burned motor 15 HP cutting of all burned winding, cleaning of all parts and rewinding with new super enameled PVC insulated winding wire copper of same size/gauge including all insulating materials such as PVC copper cable lead, glass fiber sleeves, cotton tap, insulation paper and applying insulating varnish and heating in heat chamber at appropriate temperature complete all as specified.- 01 Job. (c) Supply and fixing in replacement of the following spare parts required to make submersible pump functional in all respect incl dismantling of pump & assembling after repairing complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Bowl suitable for 15 HP submersible pump. – 05 Nos. (ii) Brass impeller suitable for 15 HP submersible pump.- 05 Nos (iii) Bushing suitable for 15 HP submersible pump. -05 Nos (iv) Neck ring suitable for 15 HP submersible pump. – 05 Nos. (v) SS shaft suitable for 15 HP submersible pump. -01 Nos. (vi) Key suitable for 15 HP submersible pump. – 01 Nos. (vii) Coupling suitable for 15 HP submersible pump. – 01 Nos. (viii) Thrust bearing suitable for 15 HP submersible pump. - 01 Nos. (ix) Sar clip suitable for 15 HP submersible pump. – 01 Nos. (x) Upper housing suitable for 15 HP submersible pump. – 01 Nos. (xi) Lower housing suitable for 15 HP submersible pump. 01 Nos. (d) Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron sluice valve of 100 mm bore, class PN 1.6, ISI marked with iron wheel head both end flanged,brass spindle any pattern with check nut complete with jointing material nut,bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Make- Venus/ Leader/ Zoloto. – 01 Job. (e) Supply, laying, jointing and testing mild steel galvanised water tubing 100mm bore medium grade with all fitting & fixtures including taking out old complete all as specified and directed. -12 RM. (Make : Jindal/Bansal/Nezork) (f) Supply and laying in replacement of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, 3 core, flat type, copper conductor submersible cable, 10 sqmm,1100 volts grade including jointing with m-seal and connecting from pump set to starter with suitable size thimbles and lugs complete all as specified and directed. (g) Supply and fixing automatic star delta starter suitable for 415 volts, 50Hz, 3 phase suitable for 15 HP submersible pump set including overload relay protection, timer, contactors, mounting type complete all as specified and directed. Make- Havells/ L&T/ Schneider. – 01 Job. Note :- Credit at the rate of Rs 5345/- as lumpsum shall be deducted from qouted rates by the bidder.
