Make: GerflorMipolam Technic EL-5 - Rolls or equivalent Providing & fixing of 2mm thick conductive imported PVC flexible homogeneous compacted flooring with skirting, having total weight 3.060 Kg./Sq. m to 3.440 Kg./Sq. m, suitable for use in labs, OT’s etc. and conforming to static electrical charge EN 1081 104 ≤ Rt ≤ 106 ohms and Electrical resistance – ANSI / ESD 7.1 (ohms) > 2.5 x 104 ≤ Rt ≤ 106 ohms with incorporated carbon encapsulated granules throughout its full thickness and has a conductive backing of Copper Strip of 0.5mm thick and 20mm width to ensure optimal and constant conductive properties throughout its full life expectancy. Its surface should be densely compacted for improving wear and ease of maintenance. It should have anti-bacterial and fungicidal properties and should complies with the EN 685 (34-43) and K5 (Group ‘P’) wear rating as per EN649 and should have residual indentation of 0.03mm as per EN433. The flooring shall also be conforming to class Bfl- s1 in flammability test as per EN13501-1, slip resistance of R9 as per DIN51 130 class & colour fastness > 6 as per EN20 105-B02. Automation Specifications: Automatism on transom sect. 180 x 135 mm, openable guard made up of aluminium alloy and side plugs. Fastening on load bearing surface. Sliding track in natural oxidized aluminium alloy separated from the transom by noise-proof Poly-Zane profile. Ratio motor unit 40 V dc,reversible to continuous duty, maintenance-free, with Encoder for position, speed and acceleration detection.Drive by antistatic timing belt. Carriageswith anti-derailmentdevice. Control unit with microprocessor and self-learning, with automatic management of safety procedures: anti-crushing, direction reversal, low speed safety movement. It should have embedded, external or leverage handles for manual opening, active infrared sensors, hand and foot or elbow switch, photocells, mechanical /digital control selectors with programming and event display functions. Annual Maintenance should include with the repair & replacement of all parts if required for Controller, Motor, Active Infrared Sensor, Photo Cell, Foot Switch, Magic Switch or hand switch, Belt, Door swing Roller etc. related to Automation Door. Note: Quantity means= 34 no. doors X 12 months = 408 nos.

Annual Maintenance of Automatic Surgical Scrub Sink ("3-Bay / 2-Bay) as per below mentioned specifications- 3-Bay / 2-Bay Surgical Scrub Sink (Automatic): Providing & fixing 3-Bay / 2-Bay surgical scrub sink unit with fabricated from heavy gauge type 304 stainless stee lseamless Bay surgical scrub sink unit with fabricated from heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel seamless welded construction polished to a satin finish. Thescrub sink should be provided with front access panel, easilyremovable for direct access to water control valve, waste connection, stopper & strainers. Hand free operation includes infrared sensor with built-in-ranger of adjustments, thermostatic mixing valve maintain constant water temperature. Setting of 1,3,5&10 minute should be available. It should be provided with elbow action taps and knee operated switch. Annual Maintenance should include with the repair & replacement of all parts if required for Foot Paddle, Sonnet Valve, Mining Valve, Main Power Controller etc. related to Automatic 3-Bay & 2-Bay Surgical Scrub Sink.
