Providing and fixing factory made W.P.C. door frame of size 125x60 mm made out of solid WPC, mitred at corners. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using anchor bolt of Hilti or equivalent make of minimum 125 mm length and 10 mm dia used for brick wall/RCC wall, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and as per the instructions of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made WPC door shutter of 35 mm thickness and fixing with stainless steel (304 grade) butt hinges of size 125x70x4 mm with necessary screws (stainless steel of 304 grade), fittings and fixtures such as lock (7 lever mortice lock of godrej or equivalent), towerbolt (450 mm length), aldrop (stainless steel of 304 grade) and handle of approved quality all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position full height wooden cupboards as per the Drawings having 3 nos. 0.45M height compartments with vertical partitions spacing between 0.60 m to 1.85 m and horizontal compartments spacing between 0.40m to 0.70m with intermediate vertical and horizontal partitions made up of 25mm thick BWR Grade solid ply with 1.0 mm thick lamination (white/off white) for inside area/surface and 1.5 mm thick laminates of approved colour and shade on outside surface/area with a depth from 0.55m up to 0.75 m and bottom, top, outer sides and back side members made up of 19mm thick BWR Grade ply with 1.00mm thick lamination of approved colour and shade on one side and front shutters made up of 25mm thick BWP Grade block board with 1.50 mm thick lamination of approved colour and shade on both sides with Heavy duty magnetic catcher, lock (Godrej or equvalent make with minimum three keys) and handle of size of 150mm, tower bolt of the size of 150mm at top and bottom in one shutter, brass hinges with SS finish or good quality pure SS hinges of 304 grade of the size of 150 mm and providing teak wood beadings of suitable width all round the shutters, hinges grooves, shelves, outer frame, vertical and horizontal frame including polishing the teakwood beading and providing and fixing sal wood planks of size 25mmx50mm below the horizontal ply boards along each supporting edges with polishing, including the cost of fevicol, nails, screws, tools, plants, materials and labour charges etc complete as per specification, drawings and as instructed by Engineer- in-Charge. (Only front area will be measured for billing).

Supply and Installation of 70 mm thick magnesium oxide board drywall Tufbloc partition system having (high water & minimum 2 hours fire rating) which includes two layers of tufbloc magnesia square board having square edge & size 2400 X 1200 x 10 mm to be fixed on the either side of the GI stud channel framework in horizontal position of length side board. The frame work includes Floor / Head ( FC 50 ) channels having thickness 0.6 mm and length 3600 mm, equal flanges of 32 mm & web of 50 mm fixed to floor & ceiling with MS/GI fasteners at 300 mm C/C staggered, noise & fire rated silicon sealant to caulked along the perimeter of the partition frame before fixing channels.The stud channels SC 48 having thickness 0.75 mm and length 3600 mm , unequal flanges of 36 mm & web of 48 mm should be placed into the floor / head channels positioned vertically at 600 mm C/C. Horizontal intermediate channel at 1200 mm C/C to locked with the vertical studs. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings ( doors & Window ). Apply Synthetic poly fiber 50 mm thick and width 600/1200 mm, density 1000 gsm filled between the studs & held in position by using chicken wire mesh/ pasting on the board, boarding is to done on each side of studs framework in a staggered pattern with self drilling screw at 300 mm C/C. After boarding of two boards, jointing & finishing is to be done by joint compound . The flush look will appear after sanding the two boards joint properly to get a smooth finish . The jointing & finishing of the same shall be done by using Anutone jointing kit consisting of powder mixed with water and applying the same with flat flap on the boards joints to finish the surface of the boards so as to look flush. Test certificate of the products shall be submitted after procurement of materials. all completed as per drawings, specification and as directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply and Installation of 8 mm thick magnesium oxide square edge magnesia core ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 mm having density 1000 Kg/ m3, weight 8 kg/m2, suspended by 0.3 mm thick and 24 mm wide precoated metal T 24 grid system. The technical parameters are as follows :Core - Magnesia, Fire – Class 1 & P, Acoustics – STC 44 - 54 , climate - 50 , RH - 95, Termite resistance ,Green (RC %) – 30, Hygiene (VoC, Clean room) – Low, Class 3 , Thermal -0.12 W/mK. The T 24 Grid system of 600 x 600 mm module shall include wall angle (WA 24 W 30) with unequal flanges of size 14 & 20 mm wide, length 3000 mm, 0.43 mm thick fixed along the perimeter of wall with nylon sleeves and MS/GI fasteners at 300 mm C/C. Suspend the Main T 24 (MT 24 W 36) having flange width 24 mm, height 32 mm and length 3600 mm from the soffit with soffit cleat and wire rod along with leveling spring clip at 1200 mm c/c. Cross 24 (CT 24 W 12) with flange width 24 mm, height 32 mm and length 1200 mm to be interlocked into the precut slots in the Main T 24 at 600 mm C/C in the direction perpendicular to the Main T 24. The Cross T 24 (CT 24 W 06) having flange width 24 mm, height 32 mm and length 600 mm are to be interlocked into the precut slots in 1200 mm Cross T 24 at 1200 mm C/C and in direction parallel to the Main T 24. Magnesium oxide vinyl square edge of size 595 x 595 x 8 mm thick shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600 mm. Providing and applying "RENOVA" synthetic plaster finish by approved manufacture over plastered surface by applying two coats Renovo ASP by trowel and applying two coats finish of approved colour and shade on specified locations internal/external surface in plane, curved/ any geometric shape as recommended by approved manufacturer, to perfect line, level, plumb including finishing with sharp edge at corners, nitches etc.all as per manufacturer's recommendations including all labour materials, scaffolding, double height staging if required and surface preparation etc.all complete at all heights,leads, location and lifts as specified in drawing and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Providing and applying birla wall care internal putty/equivalent of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface/ ceiling to prepare the surface even and smooth all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two or more coats. The work will be executed as per drawings, specifications and instructions of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge including cost of aluminium snap beading : with toughened glass panes of 6 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) all complete as per drawings, specifications and as instructed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Clutch never needs any Adjustment 2. ldler: ldler is of high strength reinforced plastic, consisting of a center shaft. The idler is mounted on the Bracket by using a plastic lock. The metal sleeve inside the plastic lock provides bearing surface for the Center shaft, which rotates freely, providing smooth, quiet and long wearing operation 3.
