Demolition of brick/stone masonary built in CM including all quoins etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class "B" bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:4)complete all as specified and directed.

Brick masonry with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius (except bricks), built in Cement Mortar (1:4) ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note : Serviceable bricks retrieved from Serial item No 01.00 here-in-before shall be used after proper washing and cleaning.

M&L 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brick work or stone wall finised even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm gradded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded agg) as in surface channels and drains complete all specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for.

Supply & fixing rolled mild steel framed Fe-290 (Gde E-165) work such as door or gates of angle or other section with gussets plates rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering , door etc to be prepaired for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting also fastening and fixing complete all specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel 50x50x6mm angle iron for post and 50x6mm or 40x6mm flat iron, or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel plain bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including making hooks at end, woven in chain link and fixed with nut and bolts Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type all as specified and directed

Fixing only Chain link galvanised wire fencing mesh any size and dia and both ends without knuckling/ twisting, fixed to flat iron rails with RCC/Angle iron post , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised wire fencing mesh of size 80x80 mm and diameter of wire 3.25mm to 4.06mm , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (as approved)

S&F in repairs for mild steel screw bolt factory made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other end to be fitted with washer etc and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and n.exc 15cm long and dia of neck is 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with provision of Galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Barbed razor type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia (when unstretched) fixed between the existing ‘V’ angle post and barbed wire over security wall /PCC /ground as per requirement with coil of coverage 7.5 running meter per coil, weight of each coil 14.00 to 14.50 Kg hot dip galvanized and binding with and including MS annealed wire of 0.90 mm , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of pavers blocks/tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry or pointed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base under floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles/paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment including filling the joints upto full depth with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only retrieved Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles/paver block any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment including filling the joints upto full depth with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete block wall or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick work or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for three coats of white wash including preparation of new plastered surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For Preparation old decorated plastered and unplastered surfaces of walls and cornices, spoiled by smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots by scraping and washing with water and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone agrregate) as flooring etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet pan wall mounted/wall hung with soft close seat cover, flush, Traps etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet pan floor mounted one piece/single piece with soft close seat cover, Jet, spray and health faucet, complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
