Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete walls any thickness.

b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 course sand) in superstructure above plinth upto required floor level complete all inclusive.incl Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Providing and laying in position specified Grade of Reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shutering and finishing of all work.1:2:4(1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 Graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) slab

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars.

Providing and laying in position of cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All works from plinth level upto required floor level complete all inclusive.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.

Painting with two or coats of snowcem on exterior surfaces as per specification of SBM guidelines with SBM LOGO.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 liter low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe (of approved make) with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. 18.1.2 White vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

P/F water storage tank 500 ltr with necessary fitting and fixtures including water tank nipple, washers ect complete job.

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings.
