UPKEEPING OF INSIDE OFFICE /SERVICE/WELFARE BUILDING INCLUDE .1) CLEANING OF FLOORS BY BROOMING END MOPPIN & WALLS CEILING ,PARTITION CHAIRS ,TABLES , ALMIRAHS , ,STAIRCASE , VERANDAS ,BALCONIES ,WINDOW GLASS PANES ,SMALL DRAIN ADJOIING PLINTH PROTECTION ETC ONCE IN A DAY IN OFFICE BUILDING DAY IN ALL WORKING DAY. 2) CLEANING OF BATH ROOM /TOILTES ONCE IN A DAYS WITH WATER DETEGENTS ,PHENYL ETC IN THE WORKING DAY INCLSIVE OF COST OF DETERGENTS AND OTHER TOILETS AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC

Cleaning of over headwater tank (HDPE / Masonary) by applying bleaching powder,washing the tank neatly as per instructionof EIC (Upto 2000 Litre capacity)

Upkeeping of concrete pavement/Black topped roads excluding coal transport road by brooming and disposal of collecteD debris/waste at collection pit/ dustbins or at specified locationswithin a lead of 50 metres including all tools&plants like spade, basket, broomswith handle stick complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of Drains without siltation or sludgede position : Open Surface drain above 250 mm width

Carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley includinS manual loading and uhloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as perthe direction of Engineer-ln-Charge.

Cutting of grass with grass cutting machine (Operation based on petrol) to required shape as per instruction of the Engr.I/C.

Cleaning and uprooting of trees/plants/vegetation/debris on the building including uprooting of rank vegetation on the building blocks, water tanks,chajja,kitchen/sanitary pipes,walls etc. including repairing plastering and removal of the rubbish/debris and disposal up to nearest dustbin with all lead and lift as per direction of EIC

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
