Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using Country Bricks ground moulded of size 23 x11 x7 cm. For the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. For Foundation Basement and Super structure

Supplying and erecting centering of sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angels of size 25 mm X 25mm X 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak( country wood) joists of size 10 cm X 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items. a) RCC floor slab roof slab rectangular square. Tee or Ell beams, lintels staircase waist slab landing slab , landing beam, portico beam etc.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement , one and half sand, and three hard broken stone) using 20 mm , gauge machine broken hard granite stones jelly for RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges and centering and shuttering charges but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of slab, beams etc, shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three sand) 12 mm thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc., as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification.. The rate is including vibration charges.

Plastering with CEMENT MORTAR 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12 mm. thick in all floor including curing etc. Complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surfaceof ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (water proof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tile of any colour and any size laid in cm 1:2, 20 mm thick with white cement using 0.40 kg / m2 mixed with coloring pigments to suit the color of the tiles including finishing the joint neatly complete complying with standard specification

Dadooing walls with glazed tiles of any colour & any size laid in cm 1:2, 20 mm thick with white cement using 0.40 kg / m2 mixed with coloring pigments to suit the color of the tiles including finishing the joint neatly complete complying with standard specification

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20 mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) over the RCC roof slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12:1/2 by volume and laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness, beating pattern, keeping the surface constantly wetted by sprinking lime jaggery water as per standard specification, etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers for 10 .00 Cum.

Finishing the top of roof with one course pressed tiles of anysize of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12 mm. Thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Emulsion Paints two coat using best quality oil bond Emulsion in all the floors, including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete with standard specification
