Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of outdoor type (minimum IP54 rating) floor mounted metal clad, 11 KV, 1500 MVA VCB panel with 01 nos. minimum 630A VCBs, totally enclosed , horizontal draw out type breaker as per IS:13118 & IEC 62271-200/100, as amended up to date and additional specifications, single break, trip free mechanism, electrically as well as manually spring charged and Electrically as well as manually closing breaker suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz A.C. supply with short circuit fault level of 1500 MVA complete with minimum self-contained short circuit current 20 KA for 3 seconds, minimum internal arc test for AFLR 20 KA for 1 seconds at individual compartments i.e. busbar, VCB and Cable compartment, rack in rack out mechanism, air insulated encapsulated / pre-insulated copper busbar of capacity meeting the fault level current (minimum 800 Amp) extendible type at the both end, breaker featured with mechanical ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device, breaker control TNC switch and all accessories such as shunt trip coil, auxiliary switch of 6 NO + 6 NC (minimum) and equipped with switchgears/accessories mentioned below, motorized and manually operated spring assisted closing mechanism, emergency trip push button, interconnection, space heaters, earthing etc. and suitable for one no incoming and one no out going cable of size 3 X 185 sqmm. XLPE 11KV cable (cable entry from bottom), etc. as required I/C necessary PCC/ RCC foundation work on the floor if required. Panel should be dust proof, water proof suitable for outdoor installation. (Note-Cost of cable end termination not included in this item) as per technical specification and site condition etc as required. Panel Board shall be provided with Earthing switch trolley for earthing of incoming side / Busbar / outgoing breakers section and cost of same deemed to be included in the item.

INCOMER - 1 nos. and each incomer shall consist of following

13) 1 No. Intelligent digital multi function meter of class 0.5 to read V,A,kVA, KW, kVAR, KWAH, KVAH, PF, Hz, maximum demand etc with communication facility (RS485 port), THD and Individual order harmonics upto 31st order. LED display with required Nos CTs, with 2 Amp protection MCB. 14) 1 No.Maximum Demand Indicator cum Controller. 15) 1 Set LED type phase indications lamps for R,Y,B, Breaker ON,OFF,TRIP, Trip circuit healthy, spring charge etc. 16) 1 No. 8 Window Digital Annouciator 17) 3 Nos type 1, 11 KV grade surge arrestors. 18) 230 V AC Space Heater controlled with thermostat with protection MCB in each breaker compartment. 19) 6 Amp,230 V AC power socket with switch in each breaker control compartment. 20) Common Buzzer, 230V AC 21) All metering and protection devices, interconnections, necessary control wiring and all other accessories shall be provided as per Technical specifications & technical particulars.

Laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 kV grade of following size in the existing masonary open duct as required

Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 50 mm X 6 mm G.l strip at 0.50 Metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.l. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.l. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 50mm x 6mm on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed as per site condition.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed I XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kV grade as required earthing.
