Labour only Attending day to day external water supply/ treated water complaints of all nature like leakage in water supply pipe lines, repair to fittings/fixtures,preventing over flow of overhead tank, no water supply complaints received by users online/whatsaap through EIC/GE including noted down the complaints by rep/plumber/fitter appointed by contractor in writing in complaints in complaint register complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for attending day to day Electrical Supply Complaints (including sunday & Holidays) maintenance of existing LT panels including connecting electrical accessories/spares of water supply installations, electric fittings with lights, short circuits in pump house including noting the complaints in complaint register complete all as specified and as directed.. Note for srl No 1 & 2 :- Material required for attending complaints shall be measured & paid separately under respectvie items here-in-after.

Notes for Srl No. 1 & 2:- The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for the following :- (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of experienced Plumber / fitter as applicable assisted with adequate number of helpers passed matriculation and having minimum 03 years experience in same field. (ii) The complaints shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 500/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from his dues. Contractor rep shall be available wef 0800 Hrs to 2000 Hrs to recieve and notify complains. (iii) In case , after checking & attending the defect,if it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor/his rep. If Engineer-in- charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made.

(iv) While attending the complaint of water supply/Electric supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'/BOQ. However no extra payments shall be made for dewatering/blanking is requiured. (v) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job quoted rates (Fittings and fixtures shall be measured and paid separetely under respective items of Sch A/BOQ). (vi) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (vii) The pipe fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters,Taps, Pipe wrench ,Chain wrench, Caulking tools, complete set of spanners and ladders etc..,as required at site. (viii) Rate for Taking down/out existing fittings & fixtures and refixing to make it functional shall be taken into account
