Dismantling of HT concrete poles/struts of any type or size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of OH ACSR conductor of any size and removing unserviceable conductor from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of HT/LT insulators any type or size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channels or angle, section etc complete and setting aside for reuse complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of old unserviceable earth wire/cradles of any size or distributor span, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of RMU (Ring Main Unit) 3 way HT 11 KV, rated current 630 amps outdoor type, double enclosure, 21 KA for 3 sec, rated voltage - 12 KV, rated power frequency withstand voltage-28 KV, operation voltage-11 KV, rated lightning withstand voltage - 75 KV, rated frequency 50Hz, 630 amps copper bus bar SF6 insulated non extensible compact switch gear consisting of one No fixed motorised Vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) as incoming and two Nos fixed motorised Vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) as outgoing in SF-6 gas insulated, welded, stainless steel enclosed with minimum 2.5 mm thickness totally enclosed Ring Main Unit IP-54 protection with self powered microprocessor based complete numerical over current & earth fault relay comprising of the following specification/equipment:- (a) The circuit breaker and earthing switch shall be lockable in the open or closed position by suitable number of padlocks of suitable size (b) Inter panel barrier to prevent arc propagation from one panel/compartment to other. (c) Earthing switch rated for full making capacity with provision for safe & reliable position indicator. (d) Isolating plug (e) Vacuum circuit breaker unit insulated in SF6 media shall comprising the following: (f) Assembly of VCB interrupter complete with epoxy support insulator and self aligning isolating contacts with rating 11KV 630 amps, 21 KA for 3sec, 50 Hz. (g) Manual charged and manual operated independent closing / tripping, trip free operating mechanism and breaker closed/open, spring charge/discharge indication.

(h) Mechanical operation counter – 01 No. (j) One bus bar chamber including a set of 3 phase 630 amps copper bus bar. (k) Strip heater 230 volts AC single phase 80 watt. (l) Current transformer chamber comprising of 3 Nos single phase resin cast CT's of 100/60/5A and accuracy class 0.5 for metering and class 5P10, 2.5 VA for protection in all incoming VCB feeder - 01 set (m) Current transformer chamber comprising of 3 Nos single phase resin cast CT's of 50/5A and accuracy class 0.5 for metering and class 5P10, 2.5 VA for protection in all outgoing VCB feeder - 02 sets (n) One No potential transformer(PT) three phase, dry type (resin cast) draw out type 11kv/110 volts, 100VA burden, accuracy class 0.5 with HT & LT HRC fuses for primary and secondary complete as per IS- 3156-01 No. (o) SCADA Self powered solid state numerical O/C & E/F relay for complete protection of HT, 11KV, three phase feeder having facility to record fault current with date & time with suitable communication port as approved by GE-01 No. (p) Arc flash supervision of circuit breaker, cable and bus bar compartment. (q) Digital SCADA compatible intelligent panel meter indicating line/phase current, line/phase voltage, power factor, KVAR, KVA, frequency etc with accuracy class 0.5 for all outgoing feeder of RMU - 01No. (r) One set of indication lamp (LED) type for ON OFF indication in all VCB. (s) One set of indication lamp (LED) type for spring charging and three Nos indication lamp for RYB phase indication in all VCB. (t) Battery bank of suitable size including charging unit for operation of VCB.

NOTE:- (i) All foundation works for RMU as per manufacturer recommendation for the installation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Contractor shall submit detailed drawings with specification of the RMU and get necessary approval before pacing final order to the manufacturer. (iii) All outgoing/incoming existing HT cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) Any item missed out above but is technically required for safe and proper operation of equipment shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) The material will be purchased only through manufacturing company. (vi) Factory inspection shall be carried out by rep of AO before dispatch from factory and necessary arrangement for factory inspection and testing at site to be born by the contractor.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cable in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material surplus (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with fine river sand over, UG cable laid in trenches and gently punned to cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness of sand cushion shall be 150 mm thick below cable, 80 mm above the cable and punned down to a thickness of 180 mm which shall be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type -1 flat, size 300mm x180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed

Horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 100mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- GI pipe will be measured and paid under relevant item).

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, light grade, 100 mm bore with all fitting laid in trenches / pole / wall for protection of HT cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor screening with extruded semi conditioning layers insulation screening with copper tape cover laid upto with PVC (ST - 2) extruded, inner sheathing galvanized steel strip armoured PVC (ST-2) outer sheathed cable confirming to IS-7098 (Pt-II) 11/6.35 KV grade suitable for earthed system cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core HT UG cable laid in trenches/through GI pipe/fixed along with pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level) connected to galvanized earth lead strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers including brazing at all joints including 40mm dia medium grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20mm dia, charcoal and common salt in alternative layer of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 10 mm dia including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoils to a distance n.exc 50m and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-1, 2009 including taking down old unserviceable earth plate with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- The rates quoted deemed to include the cost of Earth test point and earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plate electrode]
