Schedule 'A' Section - I

Supply Install, connecting and commissioning and testing of Servo controlled voltage stabilizer of capacity 500 kVA (Confirming as per BIS: 9815: Part 1: 1994 reaffirmed 2019) 3-phase,4 wire 50Hz, with Naturally Oil Cooled, Indoor, Unbalanced Type, insulation A class type, Pure Electrolyte Copper Wound only, Digital Display Type, Relay Free Smooth, with Over load/short circuit protection,High & Low voltage cut off, By pass arrangements, single phase preventor and Silent Operation with 1st filling of Transformer oil (IS335: 1993 reaffirmed 2005) qty of oil should not be less than 1700 Ltr of having following specification:- (1) Incoming - ACB 1600 Amps, 415 V,50 KA ( ii) By pass arrangement - Change over 800 Amps, 415 V. (2) Input voltage 210V- 480V ( 3 phase) , 124 V - 280 V ( 1 phase) or as per ground requirements. (3) Output voltage stabilized at any designed/desired voltage 415V ± 1% (Adjustable in 3 phase) / 240 V ± 1% (Adjustable in 1 phase). (4) Rated frequency 50 Hz. (5) No distortion in wave form. (6) Response time not to exceed 10 mille seconds. (7) Sensitivity (±)1%. (8) Rate of correction of voltage shall not be less than 6 Volt/second between phase and netural. (9) No load losses less than 0.5%. (10) Full load losses less than 2.5%. (11) Duty cycle - continuous 24 x 7. (12) The efficiency of Servo Voltage Stablizer shall not be less than 95% as per clause No. 9.6 of BIS. (13) Type of load: 3 phase, unbalanced type. (14) Digital display Voltmeter/Ampmeter. (15) No load losses - Less than 1%. (16) Full load losses - Less than 3%. 17) CRGO Core - M4 Grade. NOTE:- Testing of Servo voltage stabilizer shall be carried out at the manufacture's work shop in presence of Representative of Accepting Officer and test results shall be signed by both Contractor and inspecting officer before dispatch of Servo Voltage Stabilizer to the work site for installation and copies of the test certificates shall be furnished to the Department . The Contractor shall at his own expense provide all facilities for testing including equipment .

Note for Srl Item No. 1.00 :- 1. Over load/Short circuit protections 2. High/Low voltage cut off 3. By pass arrangement in case of emergency - Change over 800 Amps should be provided 4. Single phase sequence change protection 5. CT of desired qty and capacity should be provided 6. PCC work for installation of voltage stablizer shall be deemed in quoted rate. 7. Making suitable size of shed for stabilizer.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured, 1.1KV grade using stranded conductor aluminium of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS specification complete incl fixing with aluminum lugs complete all as specified and directed. ( Cable should be laid in existing trench).

Supply, instal, tesing and commissioning 15 HP centrifugal pump horizontal spindle, horizontal/radial split casing End suction, close impeller type , Single stage suitable having discharge capacity 30.6 Ltr / Sec at a head 32 mtrs WMC suitable for nominal speed of 1470 RPM for lifting raw/ treated water (with CI casing (IS:210 Gr FG260 confirming to PN 16), impeller made of CF8 (ASTM A743 Gr CF8), bearing, neckring & bush made of CF8 (ASTM A743 Gr CF8), shaft sleeves & shaft made of SS ASTM A 276 CL 410 with Gland Seal with Max allowable soft solid size-55mm. Directly long coupled with 22 kW , 4P, IE3 ,415 Volts 50 Hz AC nominal speed-1470 RPM electric driven motor. Specifications for motor- TEFC,sq cage, 50 Hz + 5%, 415 V + 10%, confirming to IE3, confirming to IP -65 degree of protection.Both pump and motor, mounted on and including a common steel base frame. It shall be placed on PCC / RCC foundation as specified by OEM including form work etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. ( Note:- Rate of foundation, Base frame and inlet / outlet pipe of required length, size and dia with existing system deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Note:- 1. Capacity of pump- 30.6 Ltr / Sec at 32 meters head. 2. Suction Pipe - 125 mm dia and delivery - 100 mm dia 3. Capacity of Motor -22 KW ,415 Volts 50 Hz AC, 1470 RPM , TEFC,sq cage, 50 Hz + 5%, 415 V + 10%, confirming to IE3, confirming to IP -65 degree of protection electric driven motor. 4. Place of installation- Raw Water Pump House Gamber. 5. Rate shall deemed to be included for following:- (a) Addition/alteration of suction and delivery side of existing pipes and water connections etc. (b) Pressure gauge, air release valve & balancing valves (pointed towards earth), steel frame for pump and motor. (c) Commissioning of complete pump set shall be done in presence of maufacturer's Engineer and not by any authorized dealer/workshop/ rep/sister concern etc.

Directly long coupled with 15 kW , 4P, IE3 ,415 Volts 50 Hz AC nominal speed-1465 RPM electric driven motor. Specifications for motor- TEFC,sq cage, 50 Hz + 5%, 415 V + 10%, confirming to IE3, confirming to IP -65 degree of protection. Both pump and motor, mounted on and including a common steel base frame. (c) Commissioning of complete pump set shall be done in presence of maufacturer's Engineer and not by any authorized dealer/workshop/ rep/sister concern etc.
