Item No 1 : Taking down aluminium windows & ventilators, with chowkhats or frames & shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 2 : Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete as RCC Jalli complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 3 : Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 4 :Dismantling of ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 5 : Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No 6 : M&L for brickwork in CM 1:6 with subclass 'B' bricks (old size) of class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 7 : Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key,scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Item No 8 : M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, using water proofing compound, and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately at 'supply only' rates)

Item No 9 : M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on bricks or concrete surfaces, and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 10 : Supply only integral water proofing compound, all as specified

Item No 11 : : M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, over a coat of chalk whitening prepared to recieve distemper, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 12 : M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered, Surfaces of wall and applying two coats of dust proof exterior emulsion paint (of approved colour ,tint and shade) , over a coat of wall primer ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 13 : S&F powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows,ventilators (fixed type) with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 14 : S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads, in Squares exceeding 0.50 square metre in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 15 : S&F factory made aluminium grill of 75 mm mesh size and 6mm thick approved pattern fixed with and including aluminium 'Y' channel, over existing aluminum frame, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 16 : S&F powder coated aluminium window glazed/gauzed window shutters, sliding type Three track ( two Nos. glazed & one No wire gauzed shutter) (with stainless steel wire gauze) including necessary jointing cleats for fixing etc, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap beading, screws, aluminium (anodised) fittings such as handle (suitable size), locking device, and glazing & gauzing in panels with 4 mm thick coloured/tinted glass with rubber beading, glazing clips and stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm using Jindal Aluminium Section Id 491, 4309, 4310, 8853, 8851, 9205 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (In case of non-availability of any particular section, the highter section in terms of Kg/rm shall be provided without any extra cost to govt.( The thickness of shutter shall be 1.6mm and the thickness of glass shall be 4.00mm.) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 17 : S&F domic type stainless steel posts of any size with satainless steel plate on bottom and hook on top to receive chain or other item fixed on concrete surface with screws and adhesive finished and polsihed completed including making good disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 18 : S&F stainless steel chain chrome polished of grade SS 316, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19 : M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for ceiling 605mm x 605mm using aluminium anodised main Tee of size 36.5 x 25 x 1.4mm, cross Tee of size 23.5 x 26.4 x 1.4mm and wall angle of size 40 x 25 x 2mm including cutting, drilling, jointing etc complete including provn of 3.15 mm dia GI wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors and providing 4mm thick E Board (Classic) 600mm x 600mm size etc complete all as specified and directed.
