Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall, etc, including raking and joints, hacking for key, scrubbing with water etc and disposed in low area complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for UV Printed Graphic designer plain/coloured wall tiles with high quality on vertical surfaces (size of tile exc 0.06 Sqm but n.exc. 0.40 Sqm 7mm thick high quality precoating, UV digital printing set and jointed in using tile fixing compound of approved make and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Size of each panel exc 3 Sqm but n.exc 10 Sqm and the configuration (square/rectangular) will be as directed by the Engr-in-Charge Note:- Design on type of image to be printed will be as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and any damage within 3 year will be done by contractor on its own cost.

Material and Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (Size exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc 0.38 Sqm, 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick tile fixing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified an as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified an as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall and material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre /10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified an as directed.

Material and Labour for chipping off the corrosion damaged areas on the structural members. Clean reinforcement using Reebaklens RR of Fosroc or equivalent and make sure that there are no traces of rust on the surface of existing rebars. Check to the depth of carbonation using the phenolphthalein indicator and makes sure that the contaminated concrete is removed completly. Clean the surface and make sure that the surface is clean and free from loose particles. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labours etc complete all as specified an as directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning the concrete surface, remove the loose particle if any. Make sure that the form work is ready for positioning. Mix the base and apply the same to the prepared surface. Care should be taken that the micro concrete needs to be done within 5 hours maximum from the time of application of epoxy jointing compound Nitobond EP of Fosroc or equivalent. The materials should have the following properties: Specific gravity of which is 1.15 to 1.2 gm/cc, Compressive Strength (BS 6319 Pt 2) is 50Mpa (@ 7days), Flexural Strength (BS 6319 Pt 3) is 35Mpa (@ 7days), Shear strength (BS 6319 Pt 4) is 10Mpa (@ 7days). The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete all as specified an as directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning the the rebars using the rust remover if there exists any rust, otherwise clean the rebar free of foreign material. Mix the base and hardener of the anti-corrosive coating like Nitozinc Primer of Fosroc or equivalent mechanically using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fitted with mixing paddle. Apply the mixed materials to the cleaned rebar and allow it to dry complete. The rate shall including necessary scoffolding and plateform and cost of all the operations and etc complete. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete all as specified an as directed.

Material and Labour for High Strength Polymer Mortar (SP40) : Renderoc SP40 75 mm thick of Fosroc or equivalent, ready to use blend of dry powders which is formulated for application, repairs mortar suitable for most structural and load bearing repairs as per manufacture specification. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. complete all as specified an as directed.
