Supply, laying and fixing in position centrifugally Ductile Iron, S&S or all flanged pipes (ISI marked) as per IS:8329 / 2000 read with upto date amendments from registered / Gem approved manufacturers holding valid BIS licenses including all types of carriages complete. i. 300mm dia DI Pipes (K7)

Providing, fixing of M.S fittings viz bends of suitable degrees / size to be fabricated out of M.S plate (8mm thick) as per the requirement of site. This item includes cost of lead, spun yarn and lead caulking, lead beating with insertion of spun yarn etc. The fittings should be leak proof and should be painted with Anticorrosive Red Oxide Primer and bituminous paint and including all carriages, leads lifts, etc. complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and fixing of Sluice Valves of Kirloskar/VAG/Talis or any approved branded quality confirmation ISI Codes. 1.6 rating, including all types of carriages complete job. (Make to be approved by Engineer Incharge). i. 300mm dia (double flanged Sluice Valve

ii. 450mm dia (double flanged Sluice Valve)

Providing and laying dry stone soling in foundation trenches hand packed and consolidated by hand ramming (Quarry).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: i. 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level. i. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for i. Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. i. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Fixing of Sluice Chamber lids including frames to be supplied from departmental store. This item includes all types of carriages from divisional store upto site of work and welding, cutting or nuts bolts if required at site.
