Providing Intra Village Distribution System to Chowdamma Gutta (New Colony) of Gundumal Village & Mandal of Narayanpet District

Construction of 40 KL- 6 mt staging OHSR for finished work including 2 coats with VRCC M30 painting,lettering, fixing of all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves, etc. complete as per departmental designs and drawings.Fixtures include:a) S.S 303 ladder inside 0.60 m wide. b) spiral staircase on the outside shall be provided upto 200KL ELSR. Above 200KL ELSR Capacity dog legged staircase shall be provided with staircase flight width of 1.0mts and landing width of 1.20mts with S.S 303 railing upto 1.0 height. c) Lightening arrestor, including conductor and earthing etc with relevant IS codes. d) RCC ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh. e) D.I Manholes frame and cover 0.60 x 0.60 m as per IS specifications - 2 Nos. f) Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite/ copper float approved pattern - 1 No. g) Minimum staging for all ELSR/OHSR shall be 12.0mts. h) The increase in staging shall be at 1.0mt interval. i) The railing provided to the gallery and staircase shall be with stainless steel of grade 303 for a height of 1mts j)D.I swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab. The above rates are exclusive of all inlet, outlet connections, valves and bolts & nuts but including labour charges for hoisting, jointing with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts. , Excluding GST

Construction of pipelines for water supply with HDPE pipes as per IS 4985:1995 with its amendments and revisions thereon including supply of pipes necessary specials such as bends, Tees, as per site requirements, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes (with Butt fusion welding) true to alignment and gradient, excavation of pipe line trench (Earth work excavation in all soils, up to SDR using machine rate for 1/3rd and manual rate for 2/3rd of quantity) of pipe lines in all soils except hord rock requiring Blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils, boulders and BC soils) with watering and tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work, and filling pipe line with water and testing to the required Hydraulic test pressure etc., Complete., The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all incidental and operational charges for finished item of pipe line work incluidng Contractor's profit, but excluding CED and other taxes .

Manufacture, supply and delivery of Single Chamber DI Air Valve with Body and cover in Ductile Iron of grade SG 400/12 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts, of stainless steel ,and Gaskets and seals of EPDM food grade quality Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue. Drilled as per IS:9523 including transportation, etc., complete including fixing and Jointing, CI Specials to suit the pressure class of pipe etc.complete for finished item of work including construction of RCC (1:1.5:3) Stem Column but excluding CED and other taxe and as specified in Technical specifications.

Supply and delivery laying true to alignment jointing with flanges of PN 1.6 rated DI D/F Gate valves(soft seated) resilient seated soft seating Gate valves(Sluice valves) of PN 1.6 grade with body bonnet of Ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per IS.3896-Part2-1985 and sub sequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be vaccum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538 to suit the pressure class of pipe including supply delivery laying and jointing of S/F tapered tail pieces of 5 and 15 degrees on either ends to suit the main pipe line and valve including cost of joint materials such as rubber gaskets,bolts and nuts and labour charges with construction of RCC valve chambers as per requirement with RCC slab and RCC man hole cover with locking arrangement etc.with by pass and gear arrangement for size more than 450mm complete for finished item of work but excluding GST
