Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50mm thick bituminous macadam with batch tye 100-120 TPH capacity hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 Tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bitumen VG-10 at the rate of minimum 4.0 to 4.5 of weight of mix and filler as per approved Job mix formula transported mthe hot mix material to work site in clean insulated vehicle covered while in transit or awaiting tipping and laying with hydrostic paver finisher to the sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with the smooth wheeled vibrator and tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification Clause 507 including profile correction layer and patching pot holes including mobilization of plant and equipment by mechanical Transport including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing applying and laying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor as the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as jper the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and laying 30 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP proddudcing an average out put of 75mt/hr.using crushed aggregate of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder 5.4 to 5.6% of mix, zycotherm @ 0.10% of weight of bitumen binder and filler transporting the Hot mix to work site, laying with a hydostic paver finisher with sensor controll to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification No.508 complete in all respect.including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation for structure in all depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305-1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracin , removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal in all lead and lift including dressisng of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material . All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.all useful material such as stone, shingle, aggregates& slate etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property to during the course of execution shall be the absoulte responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 P.C.C. grade M-10 (Nominal mix 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in soil in Hilly Area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposisng of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 metre and a lead upto 20 metres as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1603.1. including the cost of form work and hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 metre depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. including the cost of form work and hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone 40mm agregate nominal size) for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803, 1202 and 1203 including curing and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Coursed rubble Stone masonry for sub structure in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement :5 sand) complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1204 2nd sort including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble Stone masonry work in in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement :5 sand) in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
