Racking out damaged/deteriorated old sealing compound 16 to 30 mm wide & 40mm average depth of existing joints with air blower and filling with 30mm dia polyethyelene rod and balance gap with polyurethane joint sealient upto top surface (suitable for old rigid pavement) including applying suitable primer for proper bonding with polyurethane joint sealient ( suitable tape to be applied on both side of joint before sealing joints and remove after filling of joints) etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Choksey or STP or as approved by GE.

Make : Choksey or STP or as approved by GE.

All as per item No 5 above but second time after six months complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning the dispersal area with brooming down/steel wire brushing/washing to remove all dirt, dust, loose particles and any other deleterious materials etc including scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots by employing two unskilled labour per day for each job consisting of area 400 sqm all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps / or LPG torch flam and cleaning with scrapers any nos of coats , any width or girth as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Material & labour for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces (Rigid Pavement) over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats in 24 hour interval with water based road marking paints conforming to IS-164, 1981(Amended 1993) , fast drying,highly durable 100% acrylic retro-refective water borne paints applied with spray machine/roller to lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc & the like, exceeding 10cm wide with road marking paint & tint as approved & as specified (Painting shall be done by using wooden/plywood template at edges to be provided). First time painting complete all as specified and directed. Make:Apcotrak from Asian paints or as approved by GE.

All as per item No 09 above but one coat for second time painting for the same area after three months gap from first time painting complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 09 above but one coat for third time painting for the same area after three months gap from second time painting complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls(brick/stone), chajjas, parapets, pilasters etc and applying one coats of acrylic emulsion exterior weather proof paint (100 % Acrylic) on external surfaces complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but second time one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior weather proof paint (100% Acrylic) for the same area after three months gap of first time painting complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but third time one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior weather proof paint (100% Acrylic) for the same area after six months gap of first time painting complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour precast RCC (1:1.5:3) A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs for drains etc including necessary form work of any size & thickness and also making holes in precast slab in a standard pattern as per requirement including removing of old damaged slab covers complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for mild steel TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repairs plates (plain or corrugated) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe-410(Gde-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. confirming to FE410-W (Gde-E-250)quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of newly steel surfaes of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide incl preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Cleaning of static tank of 40,000 Ltrs and above capacity by dewatering with pump/manual, removing all scale, liquid waste and dirt etc from the static tank to the outside of MoD land and cleaning the static tank with fresh water etc complete all as specifed and directed (A notice board to be erected near buried position to identify and to avoid any accident as directed by Engineer – in Charge).

Supply and fixing as in repairs Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of surface, 50mm depth of cutting damaged portion of PQC slabs 50mm depth such as edges of joints and cracks not less than 50mm on either side of edge of concrete slab, to remove all the damaged, loose and unsound concrete by the help of Electric / diamond tool cutter of appropriate geometrical size in order to have straight and smooth edges, inside of the cut concrete surface shall be made rough for proper mechanical anchorage and cleaned with hard wire brush to remove all loose particles and vacuumed cleaned to have a dry and dirt free surface, prior to mixing and placing the elastomeric concrete, prime the substrate coming in contact with the elastomeric concrete both vertical and horizontal surface should be primed with special primer (RDL 942 or equivalent) the material shall be applied using a paint brush and in a single coat. Elastomeric concrete, kits contain 3 kg of part A and 1.5 kg of part B with a 5.5 Kg.part of part C (E-Crete Aggregate) using a drill and spiral mixing paddle, pre-mix A & B components until uniform (approx 60-90 seconds) immediately remove contents from C and add to the above and continue mixing until no dry material appears one mixed, the material can be poured into the block out/hole while the primer is still wet the material is self leveling trowel finish as desired.(Make : Choksey/fosrac/STP Ltd/Pidilite/SIKA or Equivalent) Note :- 1. The quoted rate for the above item shall be deemed to include disposal of debris to the outside of MoD Land. Curing of the repaired joints, removing of the thermocol and cleaning of the concrete surfaces etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 2. The work shall be carried out through an authorised applicator of the company and certificate is required. 3. Due care shall be given to avoide any damage to the existing lighting system as this is related with landing & take off of Helicopter etc and any damage if happened, noted the same shall be rectified immediately to the satisfaction of GE.

Material and labour for cutting of PQC slabs of depth not exceeding 15cm by the help of electric/ diamond tool cutter of appropriate geometrical size in order to have smooth edges the inside of cut concrete surface shall be made proper vertical finishing and cleaned with hard wire brush to remove all loose particles and vaccumed cleaned to have a dry and dirt free surface and removal of debris out side of MoD land all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying one coat of primer to vertical and horizonatal surface with special primer RDL 942 or equivalent using brush and filling of flex-o-patch, (Choksey) a self leveling three component a modified urethane system as Part-A (3Kg) and Part-B (1.5Kg) and Part-C (5.5 Kg) using a drill and spiral mixing paddle, pre-mix A&B components until uniform (Approx 60-90 seconds) no dry material shall appear and once poured into block out/hole while the primer is still wet mix with tremendous physical properties allowing elastomeric concrete to detect under load without destroying it's matrix and finished with trowel as specified by the manufacturer's instruction and as spcified by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Choksey/fosrac/STP Ltd/Pidilite/SIKA Note :- The work shall be carried out through an authorized applicator of the Company.

Remove dust, flakes, oil / grease by washing with liquid detergent, followed by acid wash or by burning and then vacuum clean or pressure wash the surface. Prime the surface by ShaliPrime LBHB 2E by brush or roller & allow it to dry. Mix Component B (Hardener) into Component A (Resin) (not the reverse) throughly by using a drill mixer till homogenous mix is obtained. Then add Component C (Filler) slowly to ensure complete dispersion and mix for 2 minutes or till all aggregate pieces are completely covered by epoxy. Then apply immediately as per manufacturers instruction upto 40mm thickness. Then apply shaliprime 2E by brush or roller & allow it to dry & spread fine sand over it as per manufacturers instrcutions & apply a coat of Shalifloor TC 2PU (Conc. Grey) -Comp A & B, all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & ht. upto 16th floor of bldg., complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortor 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces, surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement & ht. upto 16th floor of bldg., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) stone / brick surface of walls finished the surfaces even and smooth & mixing of integral WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will be measured separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, parapets, pilasters etc and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior weather proof paint (100 % Acrylic) on external surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1 to 2 mm thick wall care care putty (JK/Birla) incl primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel (SS-304) wind turbine air ventilator of 600 mm throat dia with capacity of 2700 cfm to be mounted on top of new FRP base plate of 2 mm thick with venture dome, including necessary cutting of existing roof sheets, sealing with watertight arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Note : Work is carried out to sea face wall (wall towards sea) of dispersal area & work carried out by using zulla etc., and all other instructions to be followed during progress of work.
