Supply and Fixing Feeder Piller Box outdoor type single door front openable in two half not less than 1.20Mx1.20Mx1.00M made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated supported on angle iron frame 50x50x6MM having legs 1.2 Mtr long grouted in the PCC upto 60CM, aluminium bus bar 03 Nos rated capacity 200A(HT) duly insulated 11000 Volt grade for phases supported on HT porcelain insulator, PCC foundation 1:2:4 and with barberd wire fancing and gate as per approval of GE/Engr-in-Charge to avoid unwanted entry complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Opening the binding wire from 33 KV over head line pin/disc insulators, J hooks from PCC pole 11 meter for re-stretching the ACSR conductor and earth wire, after re-stretching without kinks & bends, testing of all insulator with suitable rating meggers, binding the existing serviceable/new (If U/S) pin / disc insulator with appropriate size of aluminium binding wire, check the distance between conductor to conductor (should be as per IE rule), if not found suficient than extend the existing cross arms, V-cross with the help of welding, testing the complete approx 7 KM line all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 24.00:- (i) The above work includes clearing/ prooning of tree branches falling around the conductors. (ii) Cost of binding and jumper wire deemed to be included in the quoted rate, No extra amount will be paid. (iii) Pin/Disc insulators, cross arms etc measured and paid separetly. (iv) Restoration/charging of 33 KV line will be responsibility of the contractor. (v) Any item missed out but technically required for restoration of line is deemed to included in unit quoted rates.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 27.00:- (a)The meter shall have provision in such a way that service cable of consumer shall be directly passed through the meter for measurement.Piercing screws shall be used in the meter for connection. The meter shall be suitable to accommodate aluminium cable of existing size at ground. Otherwise alternate arrangement to be done for terminals/terminal blocks to be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (b) Proper sealing arrangement shall be provided on the meter to make it temper proof. All the seal shall be provided on front side only. (c) One HHU/MRI to be provided free of cost for taking reading of the meters. (d) The terminal block shall be made from high quality non-hygroscopic, fire retardant, reinforced polycarbonate/non bakelite material which shall form an extension of the meter case along with terminal cover made out of same material if required. The terminal cover shall be transparent.

Supply and fix ISI marked/IS 2705 (part I to IV) complying cast resin LT Current transformer 5VA rated burden at 0.8 PF lag ,square/Ring type of Capacity 500/5 Amp (basic insulation level:3KV rms) complete with suitable size/core of wire,mounting arrangement (base plate with legs) with testing/connecting of meters etc all as specified and directed. Note:- Type Test reports as per IS 2705 from NABL accredited laboratories shall be submitted.

M & L for submain wiring as per colour code (Red,black & green for three phase) circuit with four single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area of 2.5 Sqmm Sqmm (FRLS) in PVC Conduit/Flexible conduit one run of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor nominal cross sectinal area of 2.5 Sqmm (FRLS) of continous earth wire green in colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note:- Four runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable & one run of 2.5 Sqmm cable one run of PVC Conduit/Flexible conduit shall be paid as one unit length).

M & L for cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolt, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolt in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet , vitreous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M S clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size ,for HT 33 KV, 25x 20 mm size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down energy meter fixed in panels of any capacity/any type after carefully disconnecting electrical connections all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of following parameters:- (a) Meter reading record shall be submitted before and after replacement duly signed by the contractor rep and MES rep. (b) Old meters should be handed over to MES store. (c) Any rejoining of wires /cables shall be done using suitable ferrule /cable connectors after removal of meter. (d) The cost of making good disturbed surfaces & matching to the existing surface is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Microprocessor based single phase tamper proof electronic prepaid energy meter with provision of conversion into post paid at the time of emergency,surface mount type and of rating 240 Volts, 50 HZ, of range 10-60 Amps, confirming to IS 16444 & IS 15884 with LED display and parameters like Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power, Powerfactor,KWh/KVA, default inbuilt single source,suitable range RF Communication suitable for outdoor suitable Range data accumulator and also compatible for Prepaid online energy monitoring / billing system, through remote software / data export to ERP complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Microprocessor based Three phase tamper proof electronic prepaid energy meter with provision of conversion into post paid at the time of emergency ,surface mount type and of rating 415 Volts, 50 HZ, of range 10-60 Amps, confirming to IS16444 & IS15884 with LED display and parameters like Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power, Powerfactor,KWh/KVA,default in built single source, suitable long range RF Communication suitable for outdoor suitable Range data accumulator and also compatible for Prepaid online energy monitoring / billing system, through remote software / data export to ERP complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note for item No 41.00 & 42.00:- Payment for fully functional meters only with complete prepayment system will be made to the contractor/bidder.The complete work of installation, testing, commissioning & software linking should be as per the requirement of GE/Engr-in-Charge to be got executed by the OEM/Authorized representative of OEM.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of Outdoor suitable Range accumulate Protocal and the data transfer to the existing installed Software complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a)The cost of pole /fixing /mounting arrangement on which the accumulator to be installed and SMPS power supply is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (b) Above referred date accumulator/DCUS/Gate ways must have internal memory to store data of minimum 300 single/three phase RF meters data should have inbuilt battery backup of minimum six hours.

Supplying, Fixing, Commissioning and testing of configuration of server Hosted multi user web based software with following modules: (i) Meter Data Management Module: The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the data concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The system would support offline meter data entry. The meter data management system would capture and provide the follwing data:

(a) 30min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters- Cumulative Energy,Power, Current, Voltage, Power factor and Frequency. (b) Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand (ii) Billing Module: The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate billing determinant and make energy data/ billing data available to admin and end users. (iii) Occupation and vacation Module: The System would support occupation/ vacation based on the unit categories. The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events. (iv) Customer portal: The system would include a customer portal for the resident/ occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data. (v) Energy Accounting Module: The system would include features of energy accounting. the system would be able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available. (vi) Communication module: The system should provide conmmunication of energy data and bills via print, email and sms methods (vii) Meter Master Data : The system would support meter data repository. NOTE FOR ITEM NO 45.00:- (a) Bidder/OEM shall make arrangement (available a stand by on site) for disaster management server make available a standby at site (secondary server) in case of breakdown of parent server without any extra cost to the department for complete period of 10 years. (b) Bidder/OEM will arrange static IP and will provide internet infrastructure at GE/BSO office for servers having minimum speed of 10-20 MBPS without any extra cost to the department for the period of 10 years. (c) Contractor will be fully responsible for server connectivity and also functioning of complete system comprising of server for data base, App, web, standby data base, monitoring/management including desktop for monitoring/manangement primary and secondary firewall, switch duly installed and suitable size computer table, Chair and racks as per requirement.No extra paymet will be provided for the infrastructure.

However, OEM/Bidder will have to address any complaints received in odd hours 24x7 till completion of Phase III.
