Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in WC floor area (tile and sub base) not exceeding 5cm thickness of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition and Digging out sunken floor filling including taking out unserviceable WC and removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for sunken treatment to sunken floor, cleaning the surface by wire brush, rendering to floor and sides with 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing of liquid WPC in cement mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, after that material and labour Providing for applying two coats of two component (1 part Liquid: 2 part Powder) ready to use cementitious waterproof coating on properly prepared surface by brush having elongation of >50% for the applying water proofing treatment, immediately after 1st coat laying glasses fiber mess of 2x2mm as per following steps on horizontal and verticle surfaces of sunken floor complete all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Applying 1st coat of two components modified polymer coating . (ii) Provn of glasses fiber mess of 2x2mm immediately on alone coating. (iii) Applying 2nd coat of two components modified polymer coating after 72hrs on horizontal and verticle surfaces. Material and labour for 30mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor for leveling course, surface finished rough to recieved tile/PCC floor work, including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- (i) WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only. (ii) Tile/Kota stone/PCC floor work etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from the site to a distance not exceeding 100 metre and deposited as directed complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx 250mm / 450mmX 350mm, 7mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks (old serviceable bricks obtained from demolition/dismantled item shall be reused ) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including old rusted plaster taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Dr Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and out let connection and fixing ball valve and gate valve including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Float valve and gate valve shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface and newly plaster in patch works on surface of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
