M&L viterified ceramic tiles 10mm thick square/rectangular shade as approved) granite or marble texture polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of the tile complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the discription of srl item No. 99 but on vertical surface as in skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 even on fair faces of brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles (square/rectengular) 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface all as specified.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in dado/vertical surface (350mm x 250mm x 7mm /450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface complete over and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and rough finished on vertical surfaces to recieve tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L digital glazed ceramic coloured tiles 600 x 300 x 8mm to 9mm thick in repair as in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tile including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and rough finished on vertical surfaces to recieve tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for 12mm thick tiles in repair (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.08 Sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling old floor tile including cement mortar bedding and removal of debris out of premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ultra design tiles with PU coating in repairs of size 300 x 300 x 22mm thick made in rubber moulding with white cement, as in floors jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry completeall as specified.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick in repair, as in floors set, jointed with grey cement and pigments and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast rubber moulded coloured concrete paver blocks of 60mm thick in repairs any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as directed and specified

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any thickness of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm cut to required size and fixed to wooden door/ steel window shutter with aluminium wire staples including beading complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.
