Supply and lay pipe galvanised iron tubing light grade of 50 mm dia in trenches/under road or floor/on wall / near pole/panel etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down undert ground XLPE cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core to 120 sqmm 3.5 core from existing cable trench including disconnecting existing cable connections carefully and kee[ it in safe custody for relaying of serviceable portion of cable , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying XLPE insulated, screen, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core, connecting with proper size Aluminium lugs, glands whereever necessary as per site requiremen , testing complete all as specified and directed. Note - (1) The cost deemed to be included in the quoted rate for reconnecting Old existing cables to boxes carefully using a suitable glands and also taking up loop from the under ground and making good in all respect where ever required as per site requirement.

Supply, fabricate, install and testing outdoor type LT bus bar chamber box of size 800x600x400mm from CPRI certified panel manufacturers including provision of dimrail for mounting 1 No of MCCB (MCCB will supply separetely), hinged door with allen key locking arrangement made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet steel powder coated with front and rear opening slanting cannopy on roof and mild steel channels base frame angles of 50x50x5mm in and including TPN aluminium bus bar of 200A capacity for looping and branch connection, the bus bar placed on suitable capacity insulators including danger notice plate on both side, neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof the same will be fixed in ground with necessary PCC foundation made by (1:2:4) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. All as per item No- 29 here-in-before but for MCCB of rating 100 Amps, ICS=100%ICU,3 pole, Breaking capacity 16 KA all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminous road / floor for laying of U/G cables/water line not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep including refilling / with material and , watering well ramming / compacting and making good with PCC 1:3:6, type M-10 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Eing-in-charge. Note :- PCC shall be measured separately.

PCC (1:3:6) type M-10 using 20 mm graded aggregrate for making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Taking down unsereviceable Street light/Flood light from pole/ tower complete disconnecting of electric connection gland not bolt complete and keep in safe custody for repair and reuse wherever necessary complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal anagement in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified.

Refixing removed street light/flood light from pole /tower including providing connector,not bolt, tape roll logs etc. complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing Crompton LED Street light driver of 35-75 wattage complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Crompton LED Flood light driver of 100-150 wattage complete all as specified.

M&L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected with and incl GI Earth wire 4 mm dia , alternate 5 layers of charcoal (250 Kg) & salt crystal (200Kg )and top two inches layers with Back filling compound (100 Kg), in 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts bolts, washers and necessary earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC(1:2:4)type B-1cover and watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade with funnel complete with mesh,refiling with black cotton soil all as specified. Note: (i) Quoted rate deemend to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, renforcement removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) GI Earth wire 4mm dia , GI tubing light grade 15 mm dia upto 7.5m deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor.(iii) Beyond 7.5 M the GI Earth wire mm dia & GI pipe light grade 15 mm dia shall be measured under the respective item of the schedule..Earthing pit display boards made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size 30 x 35 cm welded to 75 cm long 25 x 25 x 5 mm thick MS angle iron grouted in PCC 1 : 3 : 6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) to a depth of 20 cm below GL and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed steel surfaces and writing the letters on plate for showing the details :- EARTHING PIT NO : DATE OF MEASUREMENT : NEXT DUE DATE : STANDARD VALUE : VALUE OBTANED : on testing after completion from test point the desired earth resistance shall be not less than 5 ohm .If the desired result is not obtained the earthing will be re done no extra cost.
