Construction, testing and commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on principle of aerobic attached growth non -clogging randomomnly Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) technology having capacity of 400 KLD including all civil works and Primary, Secondary & tertiary treatment for STP with permanent specification with RCC M-30 Grade, Design mix concrete, consisting Raw sewage Collection Chamber, Bar screen chamber, Oil and grease remover chamber, Equalization tank, Feed pumps, Anoxic tank ( Moving Bed Bio Reactor(s) MBBR tank-1) , Twin loop Air blowers / Air compressor, Submersible mixer, Reactors (MBBRTANK-2, MBBR TANK- 3), Recirculation tank, Tube settler tank or lamella clarifier plate tank and Clarified (Clear) water tank, Chlorine dozing system, Chlorine contact tank, Treated water tank, Sewage collection chamber and shed, Foundation for

all E/M equipments, associated piping work with required valves, gates, drain, pathway, RCC filter tank, RCC treated water tank and Sludge drying bed open, similar in construction and connecting to multimedia grand sand filter, Activated carbon filter and Sludge collection tank open RCC structure, M-30 all as specified and as shown on drawings and manufacturer's recommendations as approved by GE including electrical control panels with inter connecting cable, spare parts for 2 years of operation and maintenance of plant etc., complete as turnkey job with all involved Civil, Electrical, Digital and Mechanical works as per detailed specifications for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical components complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made junction box of size 275 x 200 x 70 mm with 4 Nos. of Aluminium bus bar of suitable capacity for street light fixed on pole, made out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick having front hinged shutter with lockable arrangements, outdoor type, weather proof duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer, having the provision to connect incoming and outgoing cable of size 10 sqmm 2 core, 2.5 Sqmm 2 runs and one number MCB SPN, (0-40) Amps 10 kA, 240 volts and earthing point etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, unarmoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 3 core x 6 Sqmm including connecting up, testing and commissioning etc., complete all as specified and directed :- Note: Excavation earth work if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fabricate and installation of GI pipe bracket made out of medium grade GI tubing of 40mm bore of length 1.20metre bent to shape by hot forgoing after filling of sand and fixed on pole / wall with 2 Nos of MS clamps made out 40 x 4mm Flat Iron including bolts, nuts and washers etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix, connecting, testing and commissioning of automatic street light switch using infrared sensor and an advanced micro controller, pole mountable enclosure made of UV stabilized, FR grade special moulding compound box to provide a rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof, outdoor mountable electrically insulating body, IP54, capable of enduring solar radiation in the outdoor consisting of Nature Switch-02EC 18kW3P, three phase load of 8KW with circuit wiring of min. 10 Sqmm, power Contactor (AC3) rating 25 Amps - 1No. for load switching, MCB rating 32 Amps and terminal blocks with mounting brackets, cable glands, openable door with lock and key suitable for natural light lux level operation of illumination level for switching ON is <60 lux for >30 sec and for switching OFF is >10 lux for >30 sec, Auto voltage trip high level >280V AC/ <265 V AC, low level <150V AC/> 165 V AC and have part night operation facility of minimum 4 hours to maximum 12 hours etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART IX (MANNING AND OPERATION OF STP PLANT DURING DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD)

Notes for Items No.9.01 to 9.03 below:- (i) Manning and operation shall be carried out by the OEM only (ii) Electricity and water for operation of the plant shall be issued by the department free of cost. (iii) The period of operation and maintenance will start from the date of handing over of STP to MES by contractor subject to nil defects at the time of handing over STP. Maintenance and operation of STP is accordingly planned for 02 years from date of handing over of STP to MES. (iv) Sludge from drying beds shall be removed in closed container to out side MD Land (v) The contractor shall operate and maintain all the T&P installed under this work at no extra cost. (vi) The manning and operation include supply of all consumables, chemicals for treating water, Filter medias and lubricants required for operation, smooth functioning and testing of STP Plants and allied E/M installations pertains to STP Plant. (vii) All log sheets shall be maintained for every shift. The details of consumables used shall also recorded as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (viii) Diesel required for DG set will be issued by the department free of cost. Transportation of Diesel from place of issue to the DG sets shall be borne by the contractor. (ix) Records for running hours and fuel consumed shall be maintained daily on log sheet and plant running record for DG set. (x) During defects liability period, if the plant or any other E/M installation pertains to STP provided under this contract are found non operational, the same shall be repaired and made functionable at no extra cost to the department. (x) Manning and operation shall be carried out round the clock including holidays with one FGM(Operator) for 3 shifts of 8 hours each and one Helper (Mate) for 01 General shift. In case of non operation of the plant on account of contractor’s default/non employment of operators, recovery at Rs. 2000/- per shift shall be recovered from contractor's dues. (x) Any tradesman/employees shall not be allowed to continue their employment for more than 11 month. (xi) The manning and operation includes replacement of essential electrical and mechanical parts as decided by GE for smooth functioning of the plant. (xii) Close watch on test results of both initial and final output results. (xiii) Careful control on the plant and maintain clean and hygienic condition. (xiv) Area cleaning and maintenance of Plant premises.

Manning and operation, Routine maintenance of 01 (One) No of Sewage Treatment Plant of 400 KLD, DG Sets of capacity 40 KVA - 1 No., 7.5 KVA - 1No. and 5 KVA -1No. including all E/M inventory pertains to STP 400 KLD shall be carried out round the clock including all Sundays and public holidays by employing the man power and shift timings as mentioned below for operation of plant daily including supply of water treatment chemicals (i.e. Bio septic clean powder, sodium Hypochloride, Dap enzime, Calcium Hypo Chloride and Bleaching powder etc.,), Activated carbon Filter media (ACF). Activated Sand filter media (ASF), MBBR fluidized bio-media, Bacteria culture and other consumables required for smooth running of STP Plant and provision of reliever for weekly off and carrying out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance etc., complete for First year during defects liability period after physical completion, testing and taking over of plant by MES all as specified and as directed.

(a) Man power to be employed per day:- (i) FGM(SK) Operator - 03 Persons One FGM(Operator) per shift of 8 hours each for 3 shifts (ii) Helper (Mate) - 01 Person in General shift (b) Shift Timings for FGM(SK) Operator:- (i) First Shift - 0600 hours to 1400 hours (ii) Second Shift - 1400 hours to 2200 hours (iii) Third Shift - 2200 hours to 0600 hours (c) Shift Timing for Helper:- (i) General Shift - 0900 hours to 1730 hours including 30 minutes lunch break from 1300 hours 1330 hours

NOTE: The unit rate quoted shll be deemed to include the cost of following provisions:- (a) ACF media shall be replaced with new media once in a 11 (Eleven) month period. (b) Daily adding minimum quantity of following chemicals to STP:- (i) Bio-septic clean powder - 0.25 Kg / 3 Months (ii) Sodium Hypo Chloride - 26.6 Litre / day (iii) Dap enzime solution - 02 Litre/ First 3 Months (c) Necessary log sheet shall be maintained by contractor duly signed by the contractor, JE and Engineer-in-Charge. (d) MBBR Fluidized media and Bacteria culter level shall be maintained as recommended by OEM. If required additional media and Bacteria culture shall be added without any extra cost to the department. (e) Necessary T&P, Hand gloves, Iron mesh jolley trap etc. shall be provided.
