Supply and Fix of Non- illuminated retro reflective Guidance Sign Board of 800mm to 1200mm X 700mm and sizes for runway code number with an all-Aluminum weather-proof sturdy frame keeps protected from environmental hazards and mechanical enclosure will have designed such a way that it can be opened for maintenance from the front without any special tools. The top edge should have heavy-duty hinges that open the front door towards the top side and IP65 or above sealed to provide protection against dust and rain ingress including supporting frangible legs & frame etc. & sign shall comply as per ICAO Annex.14 Vol.I, ADM part 4 and ADM part 6 complete all as detailed in drwg No.GE(M)/ARK/2024/01, specified and directed.

The test to be a dynamic pendulum impact Skid Resistance Test with accredited NABL labs by using Pendulum Apparatus (wet and dry condition) at various points along flexible surface of Runway/ PTT including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries. Two binded copies of test results shall be submitted complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thick ( below & above ground level) and removal & rubish of Premises exc 250 m but n exc 500 m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand filling as a cushioning/ bedding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 gradewith grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for chequred cement concrete tiles 300x300x20-22mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) for edging/coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, chajjas and shades etc including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm in chequered / zebranic pattern, white/ terracota at any height of building/ tower complete all as specified and as directed

Note for Serial item No. 1 to 12: Kind attention of tenders is invited to that runway will be available to execute the work on Saturday and Sunday or on holiday or as required by the user. The tenderer has to work as per user's requirement and unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for this provision/condition.
