Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the plastered/concrete surfaces of roof with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under: (a) Apply bitumen primer at the rate of 0.27 litre per Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 and bonding bitumen of VG-10 @1.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) APP modified water proofing memebrane as per IS 16540/16532-2017 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.80 kg per Sqm reinforce polyster/HMHDPE matt black finish over compatible primer/bonding bitumen and finish the top surface with bituminus aluminium paint @0.10 Ltr per Sqm including dismantling of old water proofing treatment and roof tiling including screed bed or any type of treatment and cleaning the surface with wire brushes removing dust, foreign material and rubbish off the same out side the MD land complete all as specified.
