Earthing of poles and other machinery/equipment using GI strip as earth lead and MS galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate is not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strips 32x6mm with GI pipe, nuts, bolts and washers complete upto and including test point made out of 40x3mm GI flat, PCC pit of required size in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and RCC cover with frame, charcoal, common salt15cm at round the earth plate watering pipe 20mm med grade/galvanized and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for GI strip protected steel with funnel complete all as specified and directed as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009.Note: GI strip upto 7.5 metre deemed to be included in this item .

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55. The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and angle iron padastal frame 600mm high above ground level. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. Complete all as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable service connection cable with GI wire and reel insulator complete all as directed.

Dismantling house service brackets any type complete and making good disturbed surface as match to existing all as directed.

Dismantling existing ACSR conductor (any size) from over head line complete all as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type and any size complete all as directed.

Dismantling of cross arm(made of MS channels / angles etc.) or clamps etc.complete and stacking aside for re-use / replacement all as directed.

Dismantling of existing GI earth wire and cradle guard any size any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stay assembly embedded in concrete and removing materials from site of work complete all as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for stay assembly including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Stay assembly comprising of MS stay plate of size 30cmx30cmx6mm thick, stay rod with nuts 215cm long, 20mm dia, MS/GI stay bow 40 cm length with 2 Nos GI thimbles, galvanized stay wire standard size 7/4mm, loop insulation size 65 x 90mm clearance of hole 16 mm & other accessories all as per SSR Part-1, Plate No.1 including necessary MS clamps, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule.

Cable route markers made of galvanised iron with supporting G.I angle, for HT/LT cable route marking complete all as directed.

Cutting existing metal road/PCC foothpath not exc 0.45 Mtr width and not exc .6 mtr in depth including all connected earth work and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces all as specified and directed.

GI pipe light grade, 40 mm dia with all fittings for passing of cable, fixing to pole including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed at site.

All as per item ser No. 31.00 here in before but 80 mm dia .

Note:- The contract sum shall be arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
