Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift up to 1.50 Metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in P.J. Work. within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

a) Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete

b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like Floors etc. upto 200mm. in thickness.

c) Columns, pillars, posts and struts Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

d) Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels Sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floor.

e) Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing.

f) Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) Partition and the like including attached buttresses plinths and string courses and the like.

G) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls: Under 20 cm. wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (One Cement: Two Sand: Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetre nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in: Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor any level within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Precast concrete block masonry (including quoin blocks, jamb blocks, closer etc.) with solid concrete blocks of approved size made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement: Three sand: Six graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) and down gauge) foundation and plinth upto floor any level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand ) within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Precast concrete block masonry in partition walls 10 cm.(Ten centimeter) thick with solid block of approved size including quoin blocks, jamb blocks, closer etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement: Three sand: Six graded stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimeter) and down gauge) in :- Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement :Six sand ) within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6(One cement : Six sand ) 2nd class bricks within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying marble work (Table rubbed and polished) in flooring 20mm Twenty millimeter thick base in cement mortar 1:3(One cement: Three sand) including jointing with cement mortar 1:2(One white cement: Two marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of the marble 20 mm(Twenty millimeter thick White makrana marble within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 20mm(Twenty millimeter thick cement concrete chequered tiles in flooring treads of steps landing on cement mortar 25mm(Twenty five millimetre thick in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand )and jointed with neat cement slurry within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing B.P. sheet 1.66(One point sixty five) to 2mm (Two millimetre thick in eaves board facia soffit/ ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to sheet roof member and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per instruction of Engineer-in- charge including base member of steel work within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing screen made by M.S. Hollow square pipe 19x19mm (Nineteen into nineteen millimeter) on suitable internal 1.5cm (One point five centimeter ) Horizontal including cutting fixing and welding on black sheet and a applying a coat of red lead primer complete in all respect as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 40cm(Forty centimeter ) wide and 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) depth Up shape plain GI sheet Gutter with the brackets 40x3mm (Forty into three millimeter ) size bolts and nuts including making necessary connection with rain water pipe complete as per design within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting , fixing in position and applying within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

a) In beams joists channels ,angles , tee ,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

b) In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50mm (Fifty millimeter) dia welded in straight length over M.S. flat at top of vertical balusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete (M.S. flat & balusters of railings shall be measured & paid separately within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutter using galvanized M.S wire gauge of I.S gauge designation 85 G wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with necessary screws. within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing steel glazed framed shutter of angle iron 25x20x3mm (Twenty five into twenty into three millimeter )and Tee for sesh bar 25x25x3mm(Twenty five into twenty five into three millimeter ) with 5mm (Five millimeter thick glass panes with putty for doors windows and section with fittings with necessary screws, complete including applying a coat of primer with red lead paint complete as per approved specification and design within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces, with ready mixed paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping:- Ready mixed paint other then white within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm (Six millimeter ) Cement plaster to ceiling In Cement mortar 1:3(One Cement: Three Sand) within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm (Twenty millimeter) Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor any level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand ) within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement: Four sand) within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Pointing on coursed or Ashlar stone masonry or concrete block walling with cement mortar 1:3(One Cement: Three Sand) Ruled pointing within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

a) Wall.

b) Ceiling.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with Alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
