M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4 ) in patches area n. exc 03 Sqm finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in columns/beams and paving n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), precast cover Slabs and the like etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling RCC posts and struts any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing, wire mesh, any type and stacking at site where complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.50cum getting out in Hard/dense soil, returning,filling in layers not exceeding 25cm and making good surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling for securing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel frame brackets of angle cut to shape, including welding , bending, embeding in concrete and screwing etc. including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as gates,grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only of chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 5 to 10 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel & iron work of any description exc 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm coloured machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block (ISI Mark) incl any shape and size having double glossy finish top layer with in colour (Red/yellow) M-35 Grade grey cement and pigment incl demolition of existing paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under paver blocks/floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Brickwork with old bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping/ bed of drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stop ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work/ concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1 : 4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint all complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning /disludging of existing drain of any type and depth incl taking out sludge in any form and other foreign matter etc viz sediment, sand, ash, grease, fibre, silt, roots or vegetation etc and removing the sludge outside the MoD land by any means complete all as specified and directed.
