S&F Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Removing existing paint by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per Sqm over the new plastered/ old painted wall/ ceiling after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth in following stages complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) Mix the putty powered by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Putty mixer (Putty mixier capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute). (ii) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application spray Machine having DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041”. (iii) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

Sanding of the putty surface with Wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying two coats of smooth acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr complying leed criteria @ 1ltrs (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of min 1HP with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered/old decorated external wall surface by complete removal of existing treatment of walls upto 4 storeys buildings by mechanised sander having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying a layer of 2mm thick wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface smooth and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of min 1 hp with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 psi allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered/old decorated external wall surface by complete removal of existing treatment of walls for above 4 storeys buildings by mechanised sander having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying a layer of 2mm thick wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface smooth and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of min 1 hp with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 psi allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of plant growth by injecting with chemical (glyphosphate solution of 4% concentration) @ 20ml per injection or till refusal by cut stem of plants or roots injected at 30mm distance on the girth. The area shall then be sprayed with 25 ml (glyphosphate solution 4% concentration) diluted with 1 ltr of water. The size of block shall be of 2 Qtrs on each floor and vary in number of floors. All roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and applying two coats of cement based paint or acrylic paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (reinforced) as in slab, chimney & roof parapet etc and similar suspended work including cutting of reinforcement to facilate demolition complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) The demolition of RCC parapet wall has to be done on the side of terrace and NOT on the ground under free fall. This has to be done using scaffolding of MS tube stiffened with bracing/runner connection with the bldg (ii) The malba has to be brought down through lift erected for the purpose at the site or through the staircase of (iii) The exposed surfae of the roof slab has to be made good using plastering (iv) The work should be carried out under occupation, hence the wk has to be executed carefully

M&L for providing pre cast cement concerte jallies, 50mm thick type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agg) set in cement mortar 1:4 including all moulding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for followings :- (i) Removing plaster & finishes all around the coloumns, slabs & beams (on all four sidescription of column to full height , three sidescription of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed) (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet. (v) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. (The Engr-in-charge may order sand blasting if rust is approved) (vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) alround (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufactuer (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatement of cracks found in the core concrete :- (i) Opening of crack by making a ' V' notch/groove of size 12mm x 12mm over the entire length of the crack as identified by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) cleaning ' v' notch/groove of all dust/debris/loose material (iii) Drilling hole of 16mm dia and about 40mm deep along the length of crack @ (300 mm c/c or thickness of structural member whichever is less) Note : In case length of crack is found less than 300 mm then min 2 holes shall be drilled. (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole drilled above and fixing the nipple with the help of fast setting epoxy putty. (v) seal the surface around the nipple and the area of crack between successive nipples polymer modified mortar to ensure that there is no leakage from any gap. (vi) Allow the polymer modified mortar to cure for 24 hours and ensure that firmly fixed in postion. (vii) cleaning nipple one by one commencin from the top to bottom in case of column and one by one in alternate direction incase of beam/slab using blow compressed air followed by water injection. An Ensuring that there is no obstruction in free flow of grouting materials complete all as specified and directed. (viii) Injecting " resin with very low viscosity monomer by mixing resin and hardener in proportions recommended by manufacturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controlling of flow of compressed air & resin. Note : pressure shall be in the range of 1-2 kg/sqm and shall be done in nipples one by one as per order recommended by manufacturer. Mixing of resin and hardenere shall be mixed in small quantities so as it is consumed with in 30 minutes. Before use mixer shall be stirred thoroughly.

(ix) Allow entire effected surface to cure for 24 hours. (x) cutting out projected parts of the nipple & seal the hole in the nipple with epoxy putty as recommended by manufacturer. (xi) cleaning exposed surface of substrate off any dust /loose material after ageing of the grout as recommended by manufactuer. Note: The Rate quoted is inclusive for entire completion of work.The measurement for the above item is made for each set of hole complete

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade of approved make using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is inclueded in this item.

M&L for Drilling & chemical anchoring of new rebars/stirrups :- (i) Drilling in to the sound RCC members for anchoring of rebars/stirrups as directed, the dia of hole to be match with dia of rebar & length of drilling as under :- 12 mm dia bar - drilling length 80 to 100 mm - 384 Nos Note : Anchoring of new re-bars of any dia as directed in to the sound RCC members as directed using pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar of approved make with appropriate diameter of drilling of holes as mentioned above for proper bonding into the concrete etc., complete. (The cost of drilling hole & chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item)

M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. For purpose of payment area in touch with concrete shall be measured.

M&L Treatment of soil along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and pluging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling and pluging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and nexc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm (after the pipes haavae been laid and tested) in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated maerial nexc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded agg incl packing under and haunching against the sides for 150mm internal dia SGSW pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.(Thickness of concrete bed 150mm)

Supply and laying, jointing 150mm internal dia of salt glzed stoneware pipes grade ,A, incl testing and laid in trenches to a level on concrete be complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundation of manholes, posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 12mm thick in CM 1: 4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..(Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separatelly)

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making goodtopipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia pipescomplete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded agg as in surfaces channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm innergirth in cement concrete , using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast man holes covers with plain faces using RCC 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and set in CM 1:4 including form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, surface channels, benchings, etc. of manholes finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for following:- (a) Dismantling of floor of WC with Indian type Water closet and removing out the cinder/concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle with compressed air or any other suitable method depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges etc complete all as specified (b) Cleaning or RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with compressed air or any other particles or any other suitable techniques on site conditions etc. (c) M&L for a glass fiber reinforced acrylic modified cementations coating system with base coat @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm, glass fiber reinforcement and acrylic modified cementations coating system top coat @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm (d) M&L for protection plaster 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound. (e) M&L for providing 25mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall. (f) M&L for sunken portion filled with 40 mm graded brick bats and finished with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed. (g) The area of Each WC portion is exc 2.00 Sqm each. Taking down PVC eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), incl all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, etc. Removal to store complete all as specified and directed.
