CREMATION SHED

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and subsoils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, struting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation.

Filling basement with excavated earth in layers not more than 15cm thick including all labour charges etc.,complete.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation including watering whenever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick compacting etc., complete complying with std. specifications and as directed.

Brickwork in C.M. 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 cu.cm including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labor charges etc.,

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including support and strutting up to 3.29m high for plane surface such as using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 40 cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10x6.50cm spaced at about 90 centre to centre and supported by casaurina props of 10 - 13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc. complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing of mild steel or ribbed for steel rods and all RCC works as per the design given including cost steel and binding wire in all floors etc., & convayence of steel as per std. specification and directed.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 20mm HBG metal including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshed faica, canopy slab, staircase waist and landing slab, etc., with cement morter 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and convayense of all materials and labour charges etc..,

Plastering with C.M. 1:5 mix using 12mm thick including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials and all labor charges etc., complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cmx20cmx20mm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weightof cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same mortar as per std., specifications etc., complete.

Providing Granolithic pattern floor finish with c.c 1:2:4 mix using 10 to 12mm ISS metal including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Plastic emulsion painting two coats with approved colour including cost & convayance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

WAITING SHED

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil as per SS20 B for foundation etc complete

Cement Concrete in 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40 mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Brickwork in Cement mortar 1 : 5 mix using new II class bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and errecting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in Foundation Basement and Roof slabs strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces for floors for RCC column footings columns plinth beam and connected with foundations grade beams, raft slabs stair case steps, bed blocks, critical pier, etc beams roof slabs, using mild steelsheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 gouge stiffened, welded with steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of 10 cm size x 6.5 cms size spaced at about 90 cms center to center and supported causorina props of 10 cm to 13 cms spaced at 75 cms to center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed (SI - 155) for column

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate.

R.C.C. 1:1.5:3-using 20mm ISS HBGS metal including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete

Ceiling Plastering with C. M 1:3 mix, 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete.

Plastering with C. M 1:5 mix, 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete.

C.C. 1:2:4-using 20mm ISS HBGS metal including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete

Painting two coats with approved Cement Paint over one coat of Primaring coat of Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications
