Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated & depositing the surplus earth in places shown by departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m and clearing and levelling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete.

Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not less than 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering shall be made only after the concrete is laid. The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor) For Column footing and Plinth Beam

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position M.S. or R.T.S. reinforcements grill for RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The contractor will have to make his own arrangements for the supply of M.S. plain rods / RTS rods and binding wire)

Providing and laying in position Standardised concrete mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456 ,2000 using20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,Including admixture (plasticiser/super plasticiser ) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete.improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg , of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and without (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m )7670 kg ,of sand,but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering and also including laying ,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing etc.and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards,(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). Supplying and fixing M.S. Grill Door, Ventilator of approved design and as directed by the departmental officers including cost of MS Ventilator, labour charges and cost of one coat of red oxide primer with labour charges for priming coat etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of push and pull type Rolling shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet.The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers , transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer incharge.( SOR 132A)

Supplying and Fixing Teak wood Door panelled shutter with frame for door Fully panelled with 50mm Thick T.W. planks the door shutter Styles will be 75mm x40mm & Top rail 100 mm x40mm the lock rail will be of 125mm x40mm and the bottom raill will be 150mm x40mm and including cost of furniture fittings and cost of wind appliances and Labour charges for fixing Furniture etc and fixing up shutters in position and best french (Lac) polishing with two coats . T.W. doors windows ventilator including cleaning the surface etc., complete complying with standard specifications . .

Teak Wood frames including wrought and put up for frames of doors windows and ventilators and other similar joinery works including providing Iron hold fasts and fixing the frame in position and dismantling the masonry for fixing the hold fasts and redoing the masonry etc . Supplying and fabrication and fixing in position of anodised natural colour matt fininsh sliding window in TWO track in all floors with following sizes. All the two shutters with slinging entering and made with UPVC (ultra Polyvinyl Chloride ) section for outer frames as shown below with necessary accessories such rubber beading.clips, handle and fixing 5 mm thick clear sheet glass including all required for fabrication etc., complete. Necessary dismantling making holes in RCC columns, beams, mansory wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the dePart ofmental officers. (All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position).

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Paving the floor with descrigned coloured Vertified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12-1/2 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer and consolidated to the required finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden, beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling jaggery and lime water etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of approved first quality Machine Pressed Tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm thick of approved quality laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to Indian standard as approved by the departmental officers at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same mortar mixed with the water proofing compound and red oxide etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality without priming coat including the cost all materials etc., complete, in all floors.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Colour and Shad as Directed) of size 305mm X 305mm X 6mm (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc),(anti skid) of 20mm thick of approved spl quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of sand ) 20mm. Thick using river sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers etc.,

Dadooing walls with glazed tiles of size 305mm X 305mm X6mm size of approved make and quality and colour 1set in cement morter 1:2 ( one cement two sand) over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed

Supplying and fixing in position best approved quality and make white glazed earthen ware oriya type Indian water closet of size 580 mm with P or S trap embedding the closet and trap to shape in position with brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (one lime two sand and five brick jelly) using 40 mm broken brick jelly and finishing the top to required slope and including giving connections to the PVC soil stacks using 600mm length of 100mm dia CI pipe by dismantling masonry, RCC roof or floor slabs and making good, the disturbed portion to original condition without and leakage etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications (The water closet P or S trap are to be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET with 'P' or 'S' trap and double flapped seat cover, 12.50 litres capacity P.V.C. low level FLUSHING TANK including all internal fittings fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.
