Providing and laying 8-10 mm thick double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make RAK/Kajaria /Orient/Somany /Johnson/ NITCO, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments, tucking, roughening the existing floor and disposal of mulba/rubbish outside the University Campus. Nothing extra shall be paid.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 of approved make RAK/Kajaria /Orient/ Somany /Johnson/ NITCO in all colours, shades size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade including dismantling of existing cement plaster/chips, tucking/roughening of wall surface & disposal of mulba/rubbish outside the University Campus

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix in 1:4 mix with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand). All work upto floor V level.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1.00 mm thickness of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete (Make JK/Birla)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer (Make Asian/Nerolac)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling (which will be paid for separately), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Second class teak wood 35mm thick including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Supply of labour for repair work. Carpenter II Class

Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (decorative laminated on both sides) grade-I, medium density flat pressed three layer particle board FPT-I or graded wood particle board FPT-I, IS: 3087 marked, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS: 848 and pre-laminated conforming to IS: 12823, Grade-I, Type-II marked.

Painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to given an even shade, one or more coats on Old Work
