Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviciable materials and disposal of unserviciable material within 50meter lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in Cement mortar

Removing dry oil bound distemper,water proofing cement paint and the like by scraping sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete

Dismentaling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sq meter and under including cutting the patch in proper shape,raking out joints and preparing the surface of the walls complete,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground,all complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge 14.1.1 with cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 fine sand

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm , of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete within all leads and lift including carriage

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50(Fifty) gms/litre, of approved manufacture to give an even shade old worl(two or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on old work

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point ninety litre/ ten square metre ) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm.(Zero point seventy five litres/ ten square.approved brand and manufacture

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S(non Modular) bricks of class designation Cement mortar 1:6(1 cement 6 coarse sand)

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated j or l hooks bolts and nuts 8mm dia with bitumen and G.I limpet washer or with G.I limpet washer filled with lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlaping of sheets complete(up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of pulins ,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Painting on G.S sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade (two or more coats including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of modrant solution)

Kota stone slab 20mm thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab,including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand )

Dismentaling Steel Shutter

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurrymixed with waterproofing cement compound consisting of applying( Refer to HPPWD 2020 (22.6) )
