Dismantling of corrugated or semi corrugated Asbestos Cement (AC) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook bolts and washers as in roof covering, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 6 mm thick asbestos cement two-piece adjustable plain wing ridge fixed with coach screws and washers as in roof covering, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position as in Framed work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel work as in wind ties for foof including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 2nd class soft wood in scantlings, clean sawn in any position and any description as in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses 40mm nominal bore medium weight inlcluding special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St. 240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in position false ceilling comprising of grid system of Armstrong etc for frame work with GI powder coated angle wall runners of size 19 mmX19 mm cross Tee of size 24mmX24mm and main tee of size 34mmX24mm at 60 cm c/c approx to form a grid of 600mmX600mm filled with 12 mm thick tegular edge of insulation Armstrong ceilling tiles of mineral wool rock fibres make of approved designer false ceilling shall be suspended form roof on main runners @ 0.90 mm c/c by means of suitable suspender (average 1.50 mtr length) 4 mm GI wire with adjustable cleats of hook complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mps as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of New or previously un-treated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 0.63 mm thick galvanized corrugated iron (CGI) sheeting with two corrugation side lap inclusive of both sides fixed with coach screws and washers as in roof covering, walls etc using grade of zinc coating -275. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing treatment of roof/ parapet , Mud puska on roof /parapet including plastering, brick tiles, stone slabs and leeping any thickness including removal of debris from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment complete all as specified and directed. (i) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces to receive the new treatment. Rate is inclusive of disposal of dismantled materials. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm (iii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm incl cleaning surfaces. (iv) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, polymeric water proofing membrane Hyperplas standard wt not less than 3kg /Sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction. (v) Applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gm/ Sqm over & incl a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/ sqm duly sanded over polymeric membrane complete

M & L average thickness 25mm for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), as in padding / levelling course for maintain to proper slope of roof including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction on roof surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid saperatly.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.
