Earth work in excavation with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross section, and transporting to the embankment/filling location within all lifts and leads within AAI premises including construction of embankment with excavated earth at locations by spreading soil in layer not excading 20 cm in loose including breaking clods, watering and consolidating each layer with 8 to 10 tonne capacity vibratory power roller to achieve min. 95% relative compaction (field density), required slope as per MoRth specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Banking with good earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods/ over size material, removal of stumps/roots and the like & watering, grading/levelling each layer with dozers/grader and rolling every layer with vibratory roller/ earth compactor of minimum 8-12 tonnes capacity to achieve Min 95% relative compaction (field density) and dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as per MoRth specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The required earth for the filling shall be made available by the department free of cost.) Note: -The rate shall include all charges i.e. Loading, unloading & transportation of good earth from available site to required locations (Within AAI premises)

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift upto. All kinds of soil

Removing and disposal of unserviceable soil including loading, unloading at suitable dumping ground and disposed upto 2.0 KM lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil

Providing One nos. suitable passenger vehicle (not more than 03 years old) of cylinder capacity of minimum 1400 CC (MAHINDRA SCORPIO or Equivalent ) had top jeep, either petrol or diesel driven having commercial permit including driver for taking the samples from work / plant site to laboratory and movement of the officials during progress of work for checking / controlling the quality of work. The Engineer-in-charge will be controlling officer for movement of vehicles (limiting 1500 KM per month).

Rate per Km. for Beyond 1500 KM Running of vehicles as in item No. 5 above. Note:- 1. The rates Quoted agaist this item shall be the same for the recevory in case of vehical running less then 1500 KM per month 2. Assuming the average consumption of fuel for vehicel is 10 Km Per ltr. 3. The rates Quoted agaist this item shall not be taken into consideration for Bids for evaluation of L-1.
