Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered including removing by brooming down all dust, dirt and all loose scales by steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke, soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and M & L for applying one coat of white wash to walls complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 01 above but on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of old painted surface of Steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm. width or girth shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10 Sqm cm. width or girth shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel painting complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint walls over and inclding a coat primer complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry/PCC block masonry, built in cement including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles mortar or cement lime mortar of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), solid blocks masonry exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC Type B1, (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in copings, cills, benching of manholes, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, levelling course, kerbs water troughs and the like including use & waste of formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed (Inner girth only shall be measured).

Demolition of cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for grouting post complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer not complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC coated 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 100x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filing complete all as specified and as directed

Desalting of storm water drains including dewatering, and removing soil/ muck to outside the MoD land complete all as specified and as directed
