Note: The Quantities mentioned above are only approximate and indicative in nature. The tenderers are required to read the scope of work, layout carefully and inspect the site and then quote the per square feet rate accordingly separately for Additional Floor, 8 passenger Lift & External Stair Case. No escalation will be allowed at later stage due to increase in quantities. However the variation if any in the sqft area will be paid as per quoted sqft rate by the tenderer. ( )
