Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in small lintels not exceeding 1.5m clear span up to floor five level, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but, excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone- III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources ).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Cutting/trimming of branches of jungle trees which are dead, vulnerable and likely to cause damage to the E/A, staff quarters building. Electrical poles and persons in the surroundings inside the BSNL TE compound by using necessary mechanical cutting Equipments, power tools and using crane wherever required, to safely access, cut and bring down the cut logs to avoid damages to the installations etc . The cut jungle wood(fire wood purpose only) shall be to the credit of the contractor, including loading, transportation and unloading complete as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

For girth of size less than 350mm

For girth of size more than 350mm and less than 750mm

For girth of size more than 750mm and less than 1200mm

For girth of size more than 1200mm up to 1500mm

Note - 1:- The above operations includes laisoning for taking necessary permission from the Concerned authorities like forest department and payment of necessary fee/charges to the concerned authorities for cutting /trimming of trees and laisoning with BESCOM authorities for power shut down while working over power lines & other electrical installations.

Note - 2:- The rate includes necessary rentals of cutting equipments, power tools, ropes, safety belts, helmets etc: and loading , transportation & unloading of cut wood to trucks and other incidental charges and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Cutting of wildly grown / stooping, Ashoka trees all along compound upto height of compound wall including pruning of all connected branches above compound level, care fully without causing any damages to life and property.

Raising / repair of the existing M.S.gate (two leaves) of size 2.40 X 2.07 mtr which is lying low due to the development work by BBMP, by removing the gate including cutting/burning hinges, bent angle and replacing with new material to match with the existing pattern. The rate includes cost of dismantling/ cutting, welding including replacement of hinges and other incidental materials etc complete, as per the direction of Engineer in charge (cost of new material will be paid separetely ).

Disposal of unserviceable wood, roots, leaves, twigs, rubbish etc beyond muncipal limits, including loading, transportation, unloading , royalty for dumping etc. all complete by truck/tractor of approximate size 3.0MX1.8MX0.45M depth
