Schedule 'A' -Part I ( B&R Works)

M&L for chipping , removing carefullly the concrete work by low impact hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna conchem or Dr. Fixit equivalent conforming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB all as specified and as directed.

M & L for carrying out Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100 or equivalent on concrete surface. This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a vertical extent of 100mm , through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the electro-chemical reaction , it should have property to attract anode as well as cathode , which is purely alkaline in nature(Ph-9.5) so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conforming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5 Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profiling etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum of about 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plasticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs of cement mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/ specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled for repair to wall & slab all as specified and as directed.

M&L for injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including, mixing of materials :mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching .Grouting maintain the pressure at exit 0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2 by monitoring pressure guage at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements at the rate of 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles in beam and columns all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specifications complete. Notes: (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rates shall include for jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

M&L for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT CRS bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB all as specified and as directed.

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia not exceeding 4 Kg/sqm all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness, including Naintal or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel roof trusses (framed), trusses, purlins, crane gantries, rails and framings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) confirming to Fe 410-W including cleats, distance pieces etc all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and as directed.

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ANF (Board) edge tiles with Armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%.The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/M2 & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make or equivalent as approved by GE all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sq m each Without taking off shutters from the frames all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames exceeding 1.5 sq m but not exceeding 4 sq m each without taking of shutters from the frame and removing to store all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium window/ventilators shutter including frame, any type sliding or openable with frame, & other similar work etc. fabricated by using the JINDAL/HINDAL CO standard section including necessary arrangements to receive 4mm thick glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket/rubber beading etc. complete including necessary handles, roller wheels, hinges etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Weight of aluminium section shall be measured exclusive of all fittings fixtures, hinges, handle, bolts, rubber gasket/rubber beading and locking arrangements.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white/coloured cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite store including cutting, moulding and polishing etc complete but over 10 mm thick rendering over cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for coloured heavy duty paving, chequered finish, cement concrete endura industrial tiles 12 to 15 mm thick (square /rectangular) textured series area of each tile exceeding 0.07 sq m not exceeding 0.18 sq m as in floors, treads and risers of steps fixed with grey cement and pigment laid over complete all as per manufacturer instructions and of design all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 for laying floor finished to receive floor tiles all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on ceiling and two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting, preparatory to distempering all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling and applying 3 mm thick wall care putty and two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in cement mortar 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note :- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old/new surface of wall and applying two coats of water proofing treatment by using araldite builder barrier coat or equivalent @ 5 Sqm per Ltr for first coat and 6 Sqm per Ltr for second coat (alongwith suitable pigments for colour as directed by Engr-in-Charge all as specified in manufacturer's instructions and to be applied through applicator of authorised manufaturer with 5 Years guarantee.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on concrete solid block wall internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces and walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distamper on walls over 3mm thick wall care putty all as specified and as directed
