Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work except Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls or wall tiles etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in ceiling on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:3), finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick internal wall surfaces on fair faces of brick work or concrete in CM (1:6) as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick external surfaces on brick/concrete in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC 3% by wt of cement.

Supply Only integral water proofing compound

M & L for preparation of new plastered/decorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of distempering with oil bound distemper as per manufacturer instruction white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as sub base flooring complete and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 20mm thick granite slab, machine cut, well polished, bedded in 15mm thick in CM 1:6 as in cooking plaforms & like and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, polishing and rounding of edges etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.16 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 17 above but as in vertical surfaces in skirting and dado including rendering/screeding including cement mortar1:4 , 10mm thick complete.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles light shed 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM (1:6) complete.

All as per ser item No 19 above but as in vertical surfaces in skirting and dado including rendering/screeding including cement mortar (1:4) , 10mm thick complete.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 7mm thick exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.20 Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing for tiles complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring/wall tiles)

M & L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 complete. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring)

M & L Kota stone slab 15-18 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing complete. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring)

M&L for dismantling floor tiles 10 mm size hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding without breaking the tile and removing mortar (but not backing) and refixing in same or other place as per requirement over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM (1 : 6) complete.

M&L for cleaning and racking out the joint filling of floor or wall tiles and refilling the same with white or coloured cement to match the colour.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

S & F of Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete.

S&F 4 mm thick HPSC (High Pressure steam cured) pre-primed textured designer board, water resistant, be placed in the grid system all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of 4 mm thick HPSC (High Pressure steam cured) pre-primed textured designer board, water resistant, be placed in the grid system all as specified and directed.

S & F sandwiched hollow PVC wall Lining/panelling consisting of 5mm thick Plain designer colour PVC sheet but single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on wall/PVC frame etc complete all as per specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing complete of walls and applying one coat of distempering with oil bound distemper as per manufacturer instruction white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying a thin layer of 0.50mm thick Birla white putty/JK white wall care putty on wall surfaces including removal of existing treatment and making the surface uniform and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L One coat of exterior weather coat paint with roller white or tinted on walls or fascia of roof or chajjas on old decorated prepared plastered/painted surfaces of bldg all as specified & directed.

M & L for Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate), 25 mm thick in flooring etc complete all specified and as directed

M&L for preparation and filling of pitting/cracks (including V groove cutting of cracks/deepening) on surfaces with crack seal and finishing the surfaces as per existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of R.C.C projections, chajjias, roofs, facia etc in patches not exceeding 3 Sqm in each patch by necessary preparation, Scarpping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose R.,C.C surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and finished with cement and sand motar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches including necessary form work and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified and directed.
