Providing Anti-termite treatment to soil adjecent and under building foundation, plinth periphery of the building by application of chemicals of IS 63613 part I to IV in stages to suit the progress of work consist as per the detailed specification as below. Including breaking of termite mounds, making holes with crow bar, closing the holes after the treatment and including cost of chemicals, labour charges, transport and storing etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Dismantling the damaged brick / stone masonry work in cement mortar and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness of wall under 3 m heights etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc

Providing and making of Plywood partition in Front Display area using 18mm thick Plywood with necessary framework and hardware materials including approved Laminate Sheets etc., complete.

Supplying and Fixing of Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) door with solid door frames extruded with size 75mm X 50mm. The inner core made of rigid WPC compound with minimum shore hardness of 55, and Buld Density 750 Kg/Cum. The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 10 X 10 mm long MS screw throught the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos screw to be provided for eah vertical members, Door shutter of 25mm thick Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single core Extruded Door Shutter, with one side digital printing of Specified Design which is approved by Engieer-in-Charge.
