RequiredThe Bidder should have a minimum experience in manufacture & supply of "Coal Nozzles tips (Grade SS 309) along with Reach Rod and Hard facing on splitter plates for 500 MW and higher capacity Thermal Power Stations or M/s.BHEL prior to the date of submission of the bid.

RequiredThe bidder shall have their own manufacturing foundry/facility and should submit the details of the same. The Bidder shall submit the Manufacturing Quality Plan also produce their Test and Guarantee Certificates.

RequiredThe Bidder must possess all the required manufacturing, proper heat treatment and testing facilities as per the relevant IS codes and documentary proof shall be enclosed.

RequiredThe bidder must be capable to supply Coal nozzle tip (Grade 309) within a short period from the date of approval of QAP/drgs.

RequiredAcceptance of commercial terms and upload duly filled certificate.

RequiredGST registration certificate

RequiredHSN codes of the materials (6 to 8 digits) and GST rates of the offered material.

RequiredThe bidder must up load the EMD payment details i.e., scanned copy of DD or online transaction receipt.

RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification enclosed can only be considered.

RequiredBidders with poor performance in executing the previous purchase orders /bidders who have executed partial supplies during the delivery period/bidders who have not supplied the material even after several notices/bidders who supplied the material lately and suffered the works/bidders whose supplies failed during guarantee performance period/black listed firms are not eligible for quoting
